I have lived in three of Haikou’s self-touring islands, and they are all pretty good. Environment 👌🏻, hygiene 👌🏻, soundproofing is fine for me, and the front desk is quite enthusiastic.

服務態度超級差，特別是夜班人員，開個房搞那一副了不起的樣子，首先我們住這個酒店已經很多次了，之前我們一直都住天藝東環，後來朋友介紹説自由島挺不錯的，前面兩次住給我們的體驗挺好的，兩次開房都是一位男生開的，態度非常好，會給我們升級房型，前天晚上是一個女生，開個房一直給我白眼，問什麼都回答不出來，續住房也沒有給打掃衞生，晚上去問已經開兩天還要刷卡嗎？給我來一句每天都要刷卡，希望酒店管管。

酒店乾淨衞生，非常舒適，位置也很好，周邊配套和交通底藴很方便，客房裝修風格很有特色，值得推薦的酒店。

考試期間坐地起價每晚漲了六七十也就算了，哪哪都有問題，第一天來的時候想提前看房找個安靜的房間，前台帶看房的就滿臉欠了她錢一樣不情不願，看了房間後決定住11樓想着下面裝修，樓高安靜點，結果晚上亂七八糟聲音一堆，早上五六點樓上餐廳拖椅子聲特別大持續一小時，前台對此也沒提前提醒，也不作為。這也就忍了吧，想着第二天睡好也行，呵呵，第二天晚上更吵樓道有人敲門大叫拖東西，早上同樣拖椅子。最生氣的還沒來呢，早上八九點想着房間太冷不能洗澡洗個頭，好，根本沒有熱水，打電話給前台才説水壓不夠讓師傅修，其實根本就是把水關了不讓用，一會後修好了水是黃的，將就洗了之後，等到第二個人洗又沒水，這下好了，前台打電話根本不接了，攜程打也不接，大冬天穿上衣服下去找前台，前台坐了三個人沒一個人接電話的！！！還需要顧客大冬天裹着衣服下去找！！！説了熱水問題之後也沒來熱水！！！！！最後洗了冷水澡害的我家裡人感冒！！！！！就這酒店誰愛住誰住，一住一個不吱聲。基礎設施約等於無，空調壞的，熱水壺和枱燈放桌子上附近根本沒插銷口，還要放牀頭櫃，熱水壺聲音巨大無比還不自動跳，也沒有洗手小香皂等等，床頭位置就在門口，隔音效果還巨差，幾乎全天都會有各式各樣的噪音不斷持續，牆體臟，設施老化損壞，床單第一晚住有一張床沒換。三四百兩晚就住這酒店。好好好，這黑財你就發吧。早點關門吧少害點人。
