海豐非常驚喜的酒店，衞生做得非常好，床品也很乾凈，性價比極高。前台工作人員熱情友善，早餐竟然是麥當勞！麥門信徒表示沒見過這麼令人感動的酒店早餐🥣

前台客服工作專業，擺放一次性口罩給予顧客使用，細節位加分，設定一台升降機，直接到達客房樓層; 略嫌運力不足。獲分配客房，佈局舒適整潔，床墊、被套光潔雪白。枕頭提供軟硬各一個，方便不同個人需要。浴巾使用塑料袋，密封包裝，倍感潔白衞生。還有免費提供一次性面巾;
細節位再加分。除了免費提供瓶裝水外，還有即溶咖啡和紅茶飲料; 一次性紙杯和拖鞋等。相當良好的入住體驗感。

房間乾淨整潔、客房阿姨打掃很用心、前台熱情周到細心態度好、酒店現在有停車場跟早餐提供了、聽説還在計劃提供洗衣房、這大大方便了出差人士、房間的無線網絡網速很快、上網玩遊戲都不卡、非常滿意的入住體驗。

服務挺好，員工都是面帶笑容，晚上跟前台要東西效率很快，送到房間還微笑的打招呼。房間內設計好，唯一有點不足的可能就是廁所沒地方掛衣服，如果可以改進，放個毛巾架就更好了，成本也不高的
