Wonderful hotel with great staff speaking English and beautiful environment. It doesn’t have beach access, so there’re tuk tuks by the gate that can take you to your destination. Delicious breakfasts and nice views. You can also meet different animals on the territory of the hotel. I’m totally satisfied with my experience of staying here and can recommend this hotel to others 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Tabula Rasa resort. The hotel is designed very well and we enjoyed the room and pool area, particularly having a swim to watch the sunset. I also had an amazing massage with Nuwah and a shoulder problem that I’d had for a while went away after the massage - thanks Nuwah! I highly recommend the hotel and spa.

Gorgeous design, perched up in the jungle with ocean views. Monkeys, birds, tropical vegetation all around you. Delicious food, the chefs very talented and very engaged. Wonderful pool, we loved our spa treatments (Balinese massage was superb). Rooms spotless and lovely touches. Our teen daughters loved it too. Thank you to the team!

This hotel is in a beautiful setting with a lovely pool and very friendly staff. Our room was nice although we had expected it to feel a little more special than it was given the marketing and association with Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH). The dining experience was okay although limited, we wouldn't want every meal in-house, luckily there are a small number of other hotel restaurants nearby, KK Beach was a particularly nice Hotel and restaurant just a short tuktuk ride away with really good food and service. As lovely as the staff at Tabula Rasa are, some could do with good service training and Gin and Tonic is always a good test. At Tabula Rasa the G&T arrives as a glass with a measure of local gin (no choice) and a bottle of tonic water, everywhere else including KK Beach we were offered a choice of gin, ice and lemon already in the glass. To their credit, Tabula Rasa did bring ice and lemon each time after we asked for it. The wine list was disappointing, there wasn't one, it was red or white and sometimes there was a choice between two reds or two whites but not always, I have to say that it's not very Small Luxury Hotels in respect of food and drinks. The manager was very nice and asked us to leave a nice review because the rating has been slipping, I understand why. I really hope they can improve in the small areas needed because it really is a lovely oasis in the hills.

Beautiful setting for this small hotel. Extremely peaceful with warm and attentive staff. We had bungalow overlooking jungle where we spent many hours watching the different monkeys at play. Great food, restaurant staff who were always keen to meet our needs. P Perfect temp pool looking out to the jungle and ocean beyond.
