Spa Hotels in Haarlemmermeer

Nice hotel though the airport shuttle could be a little crowded and running late. We got to wait for more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time at Schiphol airport before we saw the shuttle. As it is shares among the Ibis, Ibis Budget and Ibis Style hotels, the shuttle be a little crowded especially for the return ride back to the airport. The room was comfortable though there was no fridge available. At the reception, you can find some drinks and tidbits for purchase. There’s free coffee from the coffee machine behind the bar counter though it’s a far cry from the breakfast’s offerings. There’s a problem I found with the bathroom; there’s a step at the door of the toilet and with the step being in black color in sync with the toilet floor tiles, I tripped twice when going into the toilet. I was lucky to have broke my fall without suffering from any injuries. Some channels on the TV doesn’t work and luckily it was Euro2024 period and soccer needs no languages to be understood. Breakfast was simple but ample though I wished there could be more choices of bread and warm food. Nice hotel to stay but there’s still a lot more to choose from around the airport.

Very Pleasant Stay - No Real Complaints I stayed here for three nights in April 2023 and we had no issues - We stayed here because of the difficulties of finding a place to stay in Amsterdam and found this a pleasant, quiet alternative, the hotel is a bit out of the way in the sleepy town of Hoofddorp but is a mere 5 min walk from the station which is a 4 min train journey to Schipol Airport and 25 min or so train journey to Amsterdam-Centraal. We never had any issues using the train with them every 10 mins or so and running until early hours of the morning we had a good experience, the fares are cheap approx €6 to Amsterdam and €3 to the airport, although you can use contactless payments tio pay, The hotel itself is very modern, with the ability to cast to the TV in the room, the bathroom was nice and the noise from the airport was kept to a minimim by the thick windows. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly, the ability to check on on a machine was also nice as we were able to skip the queues and check right in. Would stay here again and reccomennd to anyone wanting to go to Amsterdam but can't find anywhere suitable in the centre!

This was the second time I visited the Netherlands and the second time I stayed at this hotel as my first stay was in 2017. I will not hesitate to stay there again when I visit the Netherlands in the future. The hotel made my trip in the Netherlands more enjoyable. Thank you to the Turkish receptionist. She was helpful. Very thanks to the hotel for providing the organic water in the hotel lobby which is offered free of charge. كانت هذه هي المرة الثانية التي ازور فيها هولندا والمرة الثانية التي اقيم فيها بهذا الفندق حيث أن اقامتي الأولى كانت في عام 2017 لقد لن اتردد بالإقامة فيه مرة أخرى عند زيارتي لهولندا بالمستقبل لقد جعل الفندق رحلتي في هولندا ممتعة أكثر ، شكرا لموظفة الاستقبال التركية كانت خدومة جدا وشكرا للفندق لتوفير الماء العضوي بهو الفندق الذي يقدم مجانا

The hotel was fine but for early flights leaving from the airport, the breakfast isn’t available until 7am. I made the error of booking the room along with breakfast for two which we couldn’t use. The staff presented us a breakfast box with mostly bread and water and only a serving for one instead of two. I asked the staff if the breakfast could be returned and deducted from the payment but they would not comply. The usual buffet breakfast might have been nice and worth the money but the “breakfast box” for 20euros was not.

The room is relatively new, the bedding is clean, the breakfast is rich, the service attitude is good but the efficiency is very low. It is far from the airport, but the hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to and from the airport every half an hour, which is very convenient. There are no supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around the hotel, which is not very convenient.

We were really pleased with our stay at Corendon. We stayed at the plaza, when arrived se received a nice friendly welcome which is always nice. The shuttle service to and from the airport is a big selling point. It made travelling into Amsterdam super easy. A train came pretty much every 10 minutes from schipol airport to the centre so it was so handy. The hotel itself is very lovely, clean and well designed. Our rooms were a decent size and the view of the plane was great. We had breakfast on one day which was great. Some small negatives were - our room was only cleaned on one of the days and it seemed it has be rushed with the bed not properly made. Also there was a horrible horrible smell coming from the drains in the bathroom - you could only smell it in the bathroom and it was like that for 2 days solid - not sure if any other rooms had the same problem? Overall a really good stay and would use this hotel again.
