房間乾淨，整潔。是固鎮入住體驗最好的酒店了。前台的小姐姐李女士也特別熱心，幫助客户，像家裡的妹妹一樣。真正做到了賓至如歸。

停車方便，前台小姐姐辦理入住很快，服務很好，房間乾淨舒適，特別是枕頭和床墊非常舒適，房間是全智能聲控的，沒事的時候可以和小愛同學聊天，還可以給小朋友講故事！每次小傢伙過來入住都會和小愛同學聊好久，特別喜歡這家酒店，一樓還有自助洗衣房，忙的時候前台小姐姐會幫忙烘乾並用掛燙機燙好衣服幫忙疊好，然後讓機器人幫忙送到房間，服務真的是非常好！

上次退房的時候遺留了一個錢包在酒店，錢包裏有幾千塊錢現金，上了高速，酒店前台打電話給我説我丟了個錢包，然後快遞寄給我了，一分不少，拾金不昧非常好，這次又到這裏來住了。乾淨漂亮的客房，種類很多的早餐，算是固鎮最好的酒店了。

服務真的很好 從入住的接待 贈送的早餐 到退房時的關心與提示 全程都讓人感覺很舒服 下着大雪 車子卡着出不來 店裡的小哥一路用用鏟子幫忙把路清理出來 從停車場到順利開走一路跟着 非常的有耐心 真正讓人感受到温暖 一次非常愉快的入住體驗

大廳淡淡的風信子香味非常好，房間很大很乾凈，枕頭舒適，早餐品種多味道好，前台接待服務態度很好。一樓有自助洗衣房，還有咖啡和酸梅湯，炎炎的夏日喝上一杯付出非常棒，每個房間還有小冰箱冷飲和水果放在裏面冷藏效果棒棒噠！
