價格便宜，地理位置好，位居老城區熱鬧地段，吃喝玩樂便利。
很老舊了，各種設施都有些小毛病，衞生太馬虎，臟兮兮的排插、燒水壺、電視、遙控器；發黴的被褥……其實把衞生和安全做好，是所有酒店客棧民宿最基本最重要的事。
