The hotel is clean and has plenty of beds. Two queen beds and a bunk bed, suitable for the whole family. The owner of the hotel is super nice. He also prepares BBQ and small gifts for the residents. This is the best owner I have encountered since I moved in.

Housekeeping and staff were good but room wasn’t too clean.Stayed in a family room with partner and kids for two nights who all left our shoes outside,but after walking around inside barefoot we noticed how dirty the carpets were when everyone’s feet were stained black from the dirty carpet.

A light fitting was loose in the wall. There was an empty shampoo bottle in the bathroom. There was cutlery for 2 but only 1 fork.

Parking free and easy to access
Management phoned to check progress
Very good sized room.
Well stocked with extra blankets and pillows.
Good supply of tea and coffee
Nice clean pool.
Table and chairs outside each upstairs room.
Only complaint Management or cleans entered room while we were still in residence without knocking or asking.

Very conveniently situated on the outskirts of Gunnedah. Yes a little noisy with traffic going past but the room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. It was clean and a toaster, kettle and fridge made oir stay enjoyable. We ate at the Station hotel. Great food and reasonably priced. Within walking distance of the Overlander
