The hotel was nice. Very convenient location, at a walking distance from the train station. However, there’s no one there in case you have any issues. For example, one person in our group had problems with his back and he had to wait until the next day to request a pillow and they didn’t give us any since they said their policy is to have only 1 per person (a bit extreme and not too nice for the customers). So just be aware that this is good for the price but not the best if you have any problems.

I. room Eberbach to find a g uf level accommodation is not easy. My room (22) was spacious and clean. The bathroom was somewhat closed but still ok. The terrace was generous but unfortunately not separated from the neighbor. Breakfast is okay. The food was also okay. Service good. That's perfectly enough for one night!

The team at the Ibis Hotel Heilbronn is great, guests' wishes are listened to and, if possible, fulfilled. The reception team is very friendly and accommodating. A big thank you on behalf of the team to Andy. The breakfast buffet is great, there is always something new, which is also homemade by the breakfast team, who enjoy their work and anticipate the wishes of many a guest, a big compliment to Karin and Jutta. Only the rolls are not as good as they used to be. There are drawbacks in housekeeping, it was positive that after a small hint the room service was immediately improved!

We were a night in this accommodation. From booking to check out, everything was actually wonderful. We had booked by phone at the hotel. The reason for the trip was a visit to the bathroom Sinsheim. It is positive to mention that you have been directly pointed out that there is a reward in the hotel if you have a regional attraction (such as the bathing world here). We have therefore received a double room including breakfast for a super price. Rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast also had everything the heart wanted. We can only recommend the hotel. Very spacious and well equipped junior suite. Stylishly furnished. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Adequate storage space. Bathroom and bedroom very clean and well presented. Kitchen niche was very useful with fridge/ice box, coffee machine, tea, plates and cutlery, microwave...here and lounge not as scrupulously clean as bath/bed...housekeeping need to be a little more careful (fingersprints, rings from drinks etc). Very nice to have a private terrace, same comment as above re housekeeping. Location might not be to everyone´s taste but we enjoyed watching the trains. Hotel is very quiet...station area quiet at night, no loud traffic. Dinner at adjoined restaurant was excellent (regional dishes, good beer and wine choice). Room service breakfast was very good. Excellent secure parking....in my opinion worth the extra. Happy to return here. Corona situation dealt with very well, had informed hotel of our risk factors (health +age)...we felt secure here at all times. Thanks to all staff for a pleasant stay.
