Before choosing this hotel I checked the pictures on social media and the comments and I thought that this would be the best choice for our holiday… specially that it’s an all inclusive resort! But the reality was choking . IT’S ASCAM . First off all the rooms are old and dirty . TV is too old and the safety box was useless as it was broken . AC was too old and noisy and there was a hole next to it that was scary as I was thinking any insect could come out from that hole. The phone was also broken hence you can’t contact the reception in case of emergency . Big Cockroaches are all over the resort and next to the restaurant which is disgusting . If you come back late at night you need to use your mobile phone as a torch as after midnight all the resort lights are off which is weird ! They try to save money on electricity hence you end up making your way to the room as if you are in a jungle . It was too scary for me specially after noticing that this place is full of cockroaches as they don’t do any pest control . Food is terrible as they use frozen chicken and frozen kofta which we couldn’t eat so we ended up eating outside . And they have the same options everyday so we paid for all inclusive which was not cheap at all but we ended up eating outside .. Finally the staff especially someone called Elkhan a receptionist who keeps coming to the pool area to flirt with girls and try to go out with women which I find it unprofessional since he works in the hotel. it was the worst experience ever. we paid 900$ for 4 night which means it was not cheap at all. We booked 4 days and we left after the second day as it was impossible to waste our vacation in such a dirty old hotel with unprofessional staff and disappointing food .

I planned a trip with friends and family (a group of 12) to Bodrum to celebrate my 50th. We spent a week last year in the city and had an amazing time. Costa Luvi was recommended by a friend….and I can’t thank him enough for it. Everything about the hotel; its location, the staff, rooms, food et al was brilliant. We ate, swam, drank on repeat. The rooms were clean, spacious and airy. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. As they say…manners maketh man. The staff were nothing short of excellent. They were kind, polite, helpful, generous with their time and very attentive. Special mention to Erhan, Cevet, Ahmed, Riza and Cadir for putting in 100% every day. We highly recommend this place and would surely stay at the hotel next time we travel to Bodrum. Ignore any ‘not so good’ reviews and give Costa Luvi’s hospitality a chance. Shiladitya London UK PS: any movie buffs out there, find time to have a coffee with Erhan who will very enthusiastically share his love for independent world cinema.

Avoid at all cost. After a long day of travelling, we checked in around 10 pm, and the first issue we had was the main door to our family room wouldn’t close. That meant anyone could walk in!! we waited over an hour for a handyman but he was a no-show. So my husband asked for a drill and screws and he ended up fixing it. There is no air conditioner in the so-called restaurant. And the quality of food is very poor. A lot of the leftovers were used for the next day. There was no meat on the menu unless you count chicken burgers from the freezer as meat!!! We ended up eating out every night and bought pizza and fresh fruit for the kids to have during the day. We asked for a partial refund to cover the extra cost of food, and we were refused, instead they offer us an extra four day stay free of charge on the condition of not leaving a bad review. We refused that offer and I suggested that they should take the all inclusive deal off their website, which they refused to do. There was no entertainment and the bar was a joke, you’d get more out of a vending machine!! Our room was clean thank you (Selma) and the location was good, which is why I gave the 2 star. I feel sorry for the staff that were so helpful and did their best to smile. The hotel is old and rundown and needs a lot of work. The photos on their website are old and deceiving!

Would absolutely NOT recommend. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The area itself is nice, the ocean is clear and weather is great but if you’re on the fence with picking this hotel, don’t pick it. I came for a week’s stay, all inclusive and was utterly shocked with what was “included” and the state of the rooms. Food: In my package, I had breakfast, lunch, coffee time and dinner included as well as their drinks from the open bar. Before arriving I attempted to find a food menu to ensure my dietary requirements can be catered to but was unable to find one. I left it that it was probably subject to change on what’s fresh for the day. This could not be more false. The options given for breakfast are limited, however the nice touch of freshly frying eggs by staff saved it for me. Lunch however had items left over from breakfast and a short supply of hot food, mainly accompanied by salads. There is a dessert and fruit section, however on closer look the fruits looked unwashed and slightly expired. For the coffee/tea time, it is the same instant coffee machine available all day, with the desserts left over from lunch and some biscuits. Dinner, again, has food left over from lunch and, if it’s not your first day there you’ll realise the food from the day before is also reused. I’m all for reducing waste and preventing mass wastage, however fish from the night before shouldn’t be left out and advertised as “fresh” for unsuspecting tourists and guests. Again, for what looks decent is limited and you’ll likely be eating the same food your entire stay. As for the open bar, they offer one type of beer and a limited selection of cocktails. The mojitos were lovely, but attempting to order a different type of drink was difficult. After being given a menu to chose from, I ordered a pina colada and it was made with milk! The first I’ve seen of this but if it’s a Turkish method, just wanted to note it! A serious issue I wanted to flag was the storage of water. The water bottles behind the bar are stored in direct sunlight and not refrigerated. After speaking to staff to alert them that this isn’t right, they explained that there wasn’t anything they could do. The water dispenser beside the coffee machine however did have cold fresh water so there is an alternative option, but this shouldn’t be the case especially due to the intense heat during the summer, and giving these bottles to unknowing guests. Overall, the food situation was terrible and my family and I were often left quite hungry despite having chosen their fully inclusive package. The drinks were slightly better but the storage of the water bottles is not acceptable. If you have any food allergies please be wary as it is not flagged on any food item or drink. Rooms: Upon arriving to our rooms they were clean to a bare minimum standard. The towels left in my room were covered in stains, which I had to complain about to get them replaced. The cleaners have come to our rooms every morning sin

Our trip to Bodrum was from 24 to 27 June 2024. We can definitely say that The Luvi Hotel was more than beautiful. The Luvi hotel is the best hotel in Bodrum. Specifically for the location on the beachfront and very clean hotel offered the best services meal.

The room was lovely, the gardens and pool area are stunning, the food was delicious and staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our hotel manager gave me lots of nice tips about what to do and see and recommended a Spa up the road where I had an amazing massage. A perfect start to the holiday. I would definitely stay here again and hopefully will someday! Thank you very much for having me Costa Luvi Team. Lily

When making a reservation at this hotel, you have no guarantee that you will stay there. We booked the hotel a few months ago. 3 hours before flight of checking in at the airport, one of the mgr called that the hotel was closed. they moved us to a much worse location, worse rooms, terrible, it was much cheaper, luvi hotel or the boking website, no response, no compensation, ... no respect for customers, I'm very disappointed

The staff, Deniz and Gurkan and others, were exceptional in providing for our easy check-in and check-out, and all our needs in between! They understood our desires for the three-night stay and helped arrange the best tours, events, and Flying Dress photo shoot with the "mandatory" hot air balloon ride over Cappodecia. The balloons were grounded for the first two days due to winds, and Deniz (through here contacts) ensured we were covered for a flight on the last day – on my wife’s birthday. All requests we made of her or Gurkan were fulfilled. We had a wonderful visit and highly recommend the Luvi Cave.
