這是我住過體驗最好的一個酒店了，套房條件很好，恰逢酒店週年慶，我們還中了一個二等獎，送了一間豪華單間，衞生條件很棒，沒有異味，設施也齊全，我覺得很棒，真心推薦。

酒店的地理位置優越，交通也很便利，到各個景點也好還是到各個交通站也好都非常的便利。
到酒店前有致電諮詢一些遊玩攻略，前台工作人員很耐心的講解，還會幫忙寄存行李，特別前台小雷，小文，小琳服務很好，工作團隊都非常的熱情且專業。酒店大堂還暖心準備了花茶以及水果，從訂酒店開始到離店，酒店給我的感覺就是非常的温馨舒適，讓我在工作之餘能得到一個放鬆舒緩的休息環境，很棒的酒店。

我真的要好好誇一下這個酒店，當天入住時，房間房間的燈有點小問題及衞生間有不到位的地方，當時還挺不開心的，畢竟帶着孩子出行入住體驗和衞生是我特別重視的地方，所以立馬就到前台去講述了情況，前台工作人員看到我説房間有問題，立馬就説給我換一間，當他們還不知道如何安撫我情緒的時候，他們經理過來了出來，親自帶我去重新挑選房間（那意思就是先去看這間不滿意咱再換，換到滿意為止）當時這位值班經理第一時間就聯繫了客房反應了情況，全程笑臉及安撫我的情緒，秉着有問題立馬改，而不是敷衍我草草換個房了事。説實話我沒想過要發脾氣衹是想換個房間，我非常理解五一期間人多，打掃阿姨兼顧太多會有不到位的地方，這些小瑕疵沒問題，但是這份服務意識真的讓人感覺太棒了，有被照顧到（是一位個子很高的男經理），第二天退房了本想去其它地方玩，就近找個地方住，我先生也知曉這個情況後，毫不猶豫的跟我説我們還是回昨天那住，這個酒店房間住着舒服，早餐也很棒服務也好。所以再次驅車折返回來。入住時酒店還送了小禮品，整體感覺太好了。無論是那位男經理、還是前台工作人員、餐廳打掃衞生阿姨及保安大叔，他們的服務都是讓我下次還來的牽引，最後願貴酒店繼續蒸蒸日上，客似雲來，我下次還來。

前台和總機都説1809是兩米的特大床，明明是1.8的普通床，帶着孩子跟前台確認半天，像是對我智商的侮辱。1801雖然床是特大床，但洗手間縫裡都是黴斑，衞生條件還不如三星快捷酒店。

前台小文，小雷，小黃服務熱情周到，給我進行了免費的房型升級真的非常感謝。酒店從裡到外乾淨清爽，服務人員熱情，非常滿意的一次旅行。房間呢中規中矩，衞生也很棒，前台也是樂於提供各種幫助，早餐品種多，特別是貴陽這邊的粉吃了一次就忘不了。住的很安心，前台服務很及時，並且幫我積極處理了各種問題，非常感謝👍

入住1302房間，掉了兩個裝隱形眼鏡的盒子，我自己戴的rgp塑形鏡，幸好裏面還沒有眼鏡。第二天給前台反映，幫忙問了下，回了個電話沒找到就沒下文了。我和我老婆當晚是用礦泉水瓶蓋替的眼鏡盒，第二天還重新去買了新的盒子。要是誤收一個眼鏡盒丟了還能理解，兩個眼鏡盒都收掉就有點搞不懂了，對戴隱形眼鏡的顧客很不友好！
另外就餐環境還不錯，餐品中規中矩，房間床墊屬於較硬那種，地毯灰塵較多。如果眼鏡盒沒掉，性價比中等偏上。
