We stayed at Renaissance Guiyang five night total, and we loved the facilities especially the swimming pool our kids had great time. Room service is amazing and breakfast had variety choices Chinese and western, it meets our tastes. It was a short walk to some local shops and restaurants, which included a metro station and it was very easy to get an e-car too. There was even a robot that delivered complimentary bottled water, which was nice.
Just one down side, when we checked in at 6th of August, the receptionist seems not quite to know what she is doing, she had to call over colleagues to help with the check in process and refused to scan my marriot member card, which as a result I missed out on collecting three night's worth of reward points.

很差的一次入住體驗，泳池關閉，説桑拿給我開了，結果沒開暖氣，直接給我弄感冒了。浴缸裏有毛很多體毛。我的房間朝向是西，房間裏和蒸籠一個樣熱。

房間軟件老舊，窗簾開關壞掉，淋浴下水有問題會溢出，流得整洗手間都是，容易滑倒。
浴室設計不合理。整個房間僅依賴新風系統，浴室洗手間沒有做換氣，關門洗澡極容易缺氧。這是最危險的一項！
五樓泳池的通風也有問題，二樓是餐廳，油煙都瀰漫到了泳池，體驗非常不好。
行政以下房型配的是很老舊的一款小功率吹風機，線都已經破皮…馬上聯繫換了一衹，服務人員效率還是挺高。
wifi信號也很差…是無法支持辦公的。

設施非常老舊，從軟件到硬件都不符合五星酒店的標準，全國萬麗酒店沒見過貴陽萬麗這麼差的。硬件太差，趕上90年代賓館級別了，定了兩間房，有一間房一晚上被蚊子咬了6個包；另一間房臨街，過車聲一晚上沒斷。殘破的壁紙，破舊的衣架，起伏不平的地板，簡單的早餐，見不到笑容的服務人員，這是個假萬麗酒店嗎？見到客人不打招呼，服務細節不到位。酒店各方面不符合價格，太后悔住在貴陽萬麗。

要了兩次沖電器沒要到……第一次，説是入住多沒有了（理解），第二次，我説你們不是五星級酒店麼，得到的答覆是，他們沒有掛星（對此話有疑問，請調查6月9日凌晨12點半左右監控），我就想問，沒有掛星的連基礎的禮貌和服務就沒有了嗎？這就是他們的態度，900多的單價，住這麼一個酒店！我花錢住這裏，如果一個名義上的五星級酒店得服務都這樣的，誰還願意花錢去住這樣的五星酒店！充電器沒有，usb接口沒有，非讓掃沖動寶，這樣的集團，就是非要賺充電寶的錢？房間裏面連紙巾都不放一盒！窗簾還關不好，睡都睡不好！
