環境：就在桂林站對面，趕車方便。
服務：服務還行，就是前台經常沒人。
總而言之對於桂林市區遊玩還不錯，勝在價格優惠。

房間進去有股味道，然後床單上還有污漬，前台服務一般，廁所我是真的無語，好臟。總體來説，設施很老舊，建議重新裝修，離地鐵站很近，走路兩分鐘到了，不要壞了自己的好位置。房間空間也還可以。

第一次住也就勉強吧。一個女的前台態度還挺好的。就是馬桶沖水沖幾次不下去，是堵的。然後這個差評是給第二次去一個男的前台的，他説讓我直接掃碼付款，我説我不樂意，我在平台上訂。結果這個**直接翻臉，大聲叫説不樂意就算了。還吵了幾句。什麼**垃圾酒店？找個這種****在前台接待。既然可以在平台上訂，顧客當然有權自己選擇。你要是不願意，就把平台訂房關了。真不知道是什麼*****。趕緊倒閉吧，*****。之後投訴給攜程客服，等答覆。

這次出行十幾天，一路玩下來，住過的酒店裡最不滿意的就是這家，逼得我意難平，不得不來點評下，理由是：第一，衞生差，住兩晚，第二天一早交代前台需要打掃衞生，結果晚上回來，發現衹是收走了衞生間和房間的垃圾，其他包括鋪床，補上乾淨的浴巾毛巾這種最基本的都沒做；第二，出於節假日價格上調正常，可以理解，但是跟服務不配套，這麼大的酒店，跟賓館一樣，打掃服務沒有，洗衣服務也沒，自助洗衣機也沒，早餐也沒，連免費的那種兩塊錢一瓶的礦泉水都不提供；第三，位置偏，小路繞來繞去，停車不好停，設施都很陳舊，看上去生意慘淡很快倒閉似的希望再入住的朋友注意下這家酒店的情況，
