很差，主要是公司在旁邊，一時圖方便。1、床當被套什麼的最高記錄差不多一星期換一次，由於上班早出晚歸，回來的時候服務員也沒在，他們也裝看不見。2、連續住的話經常有不打掃衞生的情況，有一次連續兩天沒打掃，第三天一大早，前台竟然問要不要打掃衞生…臉呢？3、老闆太會做人了，我在他家估計住了兩到三個月吧，去退房晚了，要按一天算，趕車沒時間，懶得扯了，否則沒打打掃衞生怎麼算？當然我也有錯，這是事實。4、隔音效果很差，睡眠不好的注意了。
