作為6年維也納會員，感覺會員卡一點用沒有了！之前在哪裡訂房都可以，提供會員卡號就可以送早餐！現在必須在錦江薈訂房才可以送早餐，攜程260元，錦江薈420元，為了早餐好像犯不上吧？還有，前台不知道什麼意思，三個會員手機號碼怎麼查都説沒有，我就納悶了，用了6年了怎麼到你這裏就沒有會員了！後來又核實一遍，我用手機登陸錦江會都是會員，你是不是故意的？你聽不懂我説手機號碼嗎？一個號碼聽不懂，你三個號碼都聽錯了嗎？極差的一次服務！太不滿意了！差評，第一次給維也納差評

這是我住過最一言難盡的酒店，牆體有污漬，剝落，有一定年份的酒店，最難以接受的是廁所，廁所連着床，衹有一張黃色的布遮一下，上個廁所你的同伴都要分享氣味和聲音，這個設計……睡的這一晚感覺進了難民營，全國的維也納也住過幾間，就這間讓我重新審視維也納，聯繫客服能不能換房，沒有，要不就花錢升級。318這樣的房，太失望了！
