桂林螞蟻酒店（火車站店）肯定是我心裏非常需要記住的酒店！其交通極為便利；離著名景點很近。尤其是前台小張女士的熱情接待及不厭其煩的對遊覽項目等的介紹：如夜遊兩江四湖，象鼻山等景點，讓我們印象深刻，暖心！再次感謝熱心的小張！

太老舊了，半夜才去的，晚上太黑沒看見窗户是這樣的，連個窗簾都沒有，洗個澡都給看完，以後不會再去了，

（1）缺點：①客房和廁所都有明顯異味。
有窗子，但能夠打開的幅度比較小，即使開窗+開空調換氣，異味仍然有。不想聞廁所異味衹能關門。②客房清掃服務一般，好像就換了垃圾袋。
（2）性價比比較高（我是80多元/晚訂的），按這個價位來講還是可以的，一分錢一分貨吧。
①交通便捷：處於十字路口處，附近有公交站，步行十幾分鍾能到桂林站。
②環境比較安靜。
③ 採購食品+用餐比較方便：樓下有一些飲食店，附近有當地早市。
（3）設施有一定老舊和損壞，但總體來説還行。

靠近火車站比較方便，環境還可以，但是靠近路邊很吵，隔音不好，最後一晚的時候發現了蟑螂，挺大一衹的，衞生還需加強

我是12號晚上入住的，12號晚上的前台小姐太好太好了。不過再好都沒用，一間公司就這樣被13號早上的前台小姐的服務態度給抹殺了。惡劣惡劣

這是我最無語的一個酒店 房間明明是雙床房 生生改成三張床 門口進來不到還有一節台階 如果客人不注意腳下直接就會絆倒 退房時經過別的房間 都沒有那節台階 不知道什麼鬼設計 洗手間超小 擠得要死 連門都沒有 就掛了張簾子 上廁所都能看見人的腳 而且酒店前台接待態度也很冷漠 讓人心情不好 好像交了錢住酒店還欠了幾百萬一樣 真的很想罵 打電話給前台也不接 還掛掉 下樓一看前台有人的 就是故意不接 真的氣死 我認為前台就是一個酒店的門面 你前台的服務態度直接影響到客人的入住體驗（我是一個特別注重細節的人 可能有點刁鑽 但是前台這樣的服務態度 我相信無論是誰遇到都會生氣） 而且我拿瓶水還要溝通半天 問我續不續住 我房都沒退 拿瓶水好像佔了天大的便宜一樣 住過那麼多酒店 就沒有這樣客人拿瓶水還要斤斤計較的 如果酒店規定了每個房客入住後衹能拿一瓶水 那我沒什麼好説的 結果根本沒有説 我花了錢住酒店 不是説要工作人員畢恭畢敬 好歹也稍微有點尊重吧 退房的時候還問我要好評 我都不知道怎麼説 我衹想説這酒店整體素質不高
