很不錯，桂林理工大學正對面，樓下就有連鎖便利店，即使春節也有速食，門口就有共享電動車，服務也很好，唯一不足就是熱水設備比較高級，長者不太會用，還有熱水的量建議可以大一點！

沒電梯還那麼高樓層，也不標註下，水温也忽冷忽熱，水壓也忽大忽小，隔音是一點沒有，樓上還裝一個鐵棚，下雨跟放鞭炮一樣，早上天還沒亮就輸雞鳥叫個不停，服務是沒問題，設施儘量完善吧

這次一家三口來桂林理工大學看路人王籃球賽，入住這家酒店非常便捷，前台的小哥哥也很熱情有禮。對面就是理工大學。樓下宵夜攤很多小吃，本地攤主也很熱情。
