優點
1.提前打電話到前台，幫我免費升級了房間。
2.酒店位置還可以，離吾悦廣場很近，吃的很多
缺點
1.房間不配備涼拖鞋
2.房間電視無法投屏，衹能看一些免費的電視劇
3.房間廁所和浴室是玻璃門，完全沒有遮擋效果，跟當面洗澡拉屎沒什麼區別，怕尷尬的，還是在看看別家吧
4.房間的浴池很臟很臟，根本不敢用不知道酒店每次是否會清洗打掃和消毒
5房間隔音效果很差，從門口路過的腳步聲都聽的一清二楚，説話也是跟面對面説話一樣。
5.酒店的一次性牙刷，刷頭很硬，很疼，包裝再好看，質量不行也是白瞎。

店長服務極差極差！凌晨兩點發現第三衹蟑螂被嚇醒，叫店長過來他竟然極不耐煩地跟我説反正我們是從來沒見過！雖然是新酒店，但蚊蟲蟑螂明顯沒有消殺過，説實話這樣的店長不開除你們等着倒閉好了！如果是同行刷差評***，來旅遊的、害怕蟑螂的朋友千萬不要考慮這家酒店。

酒店的位置有點偏，第一間空調不出風，導致我躺在床上越睡越冷，後麪店家幫我及時跟換另一間房。還有就是馬桶的沖水聲音大到導致夜裡都不敢上廁所，影響同住人睡覺，還有整個房間雖然看着很大但除了衞生間和淋浴間的玻璃門貼了一層膜，要不是自己很親密的人同住真的會很尷尬😅還有兩個枕頭高的離譜，説實話經常住酒店的都知道一般現在都會有高低兩個不同的枕頭供客人選擇，但這家真的整晚都是30度角度仰着睡後面有點落枕以後自己用毛衣和浴巾簡易做了枕頭將就着睡的，還有就是頭一次遇到牀頭櫃會設計的這麼低，晚上喝完水迷迷糊糊放水杯會嚇一跳，空調的聲音也好吵，説是設計師設計的但為啥感覺都是反人類設計，當然優點就是離機場近，有接送機服務，酒店早餐是在五樓，能夠將就填報肚子。

在桂林偶然住到一個寶藏酒店！酒店新開業不久，乾淨整潔，處處透露着設計師的品味，床品很舒服。第二天退房的時候，去大堂逛了逛，意外發現大堂好多手工藝品，很精緻，説是他們貴州扶貧的一個項目，都是用的蠟染工藝。蠟染淘寶也有，但是沒有這麼精緻的設計，他們也沒有店鋪出售，就是展示和宣揚中國非物質文化遺產，真的是太棒了！看中了好幾件，淘寶上都沒有，找服務人員要了微信，後期幫忙買一下～酒店的性價比很高，可能是因為地理位置稍微遠了一點點，我們從象鼻山景區過來花了半個小時，但是特別值得住一下體驗體驗。硬要説的不足的話，就是洗澡的冷熱水標誌貼反了，可以改正一下。總之體驗非常棒！！對了，退房後發現這個酒店還獲了美國的什麼什麼設計獎
