就沒住過那麼差的酒店🙃狗都不住，誰住誰倒黴
首先，房間有一股臭味，一直瀰漫在房間裏，開了空調也沒用，而且空調聲音很大很吵，還有，酒店對面是樂器行，一天到晚聽到有人彈琴。吵得要命
第二，房間衞生很差，浴室裏還有許多殘留的沐浴露，洗髮水，床邊還有一根上個住客留來下的一次性筷子，而且，裝洗漱用品的那個盒子裏麪濕答答的，很噁心
第三，酒店的服務很差，感覺整個酒店就一個啥前台在那，每次去的時候那女的都在玩手機，不走近根本不知道前台有人
第四，晚上洗澡的時候，用花灑沖後背，花灑直接把我脖子割出血，火辣辣的，我用手一摸，發現是花灑有缺口，洗完去找前台，跟前台説，前台不知道在本子上寫了什麼玩意，就沒回復了，我擱那站了好久，問她們要酒精酒精也沒有，創可貼也沒有，碘伏也沒有，什麼都沒有，你開***酒店呢？而且，對於酒店設施讓顧客受傷，前台從頭到尾沒有説過一句道歉的話，也沒説怎麼處理，讓我在那幹站着，沒服務意識，**也沒有，我真無語，垃圾酒店服務也垃圾，什麼玩意，我祝你早日倒閉🙃
都聽句勸住酒店還是去住連鎖得，要不是這個酒店離我住的地方比較近，鬼他媽才會定，搞出這麼一通事，影響心情，還影響第二天的考試，而且我這個傷口現在還留疤了，跟平台客服投訴，衹賠了30，我真是無語，就這點錢預約祛疤的都不夠，無良商家，********😍

衞生還不錯，整體是乾淨。
環境嗎，有點偏，因為是我想背靠工作場所，離市區有點遠。
服務還不錯，前台很耐心地幫助解決一些問題，不是酒店相關。如吃晚飯的地點等
設施是新的，因為有升級，所以房間寬敞舒適，沙發有特色。
