Minus: Outdated rooms, poor equiments in the kitchen, smelly kitchen and floor, poor internet signal, poor outdoor children facilities, cheep materials în general. Plus: Frendly stuff, 2 pools, no trafic noises and good air quality.

Such a nice place to chill out. I came here with Italian family and a Scottish friend. Absolutely lovely, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, facilities were spotlessly clean, food excellent. Overall very good value for money and a hidden gem of a place.

Absolutely beautiful property among the pine trees. Nice little restaurant, ideal pools and play area for little kids. Location is perfect for exploring the region. Great beaches only 10-15 minutes away.
The apartment was very clean and everything necessary for our stay was available.
Would gladly visit again. Thank you Il Paradiso!

Residence immerso nel verde a pochi km da marina di Cecina, usato come appoggio per visitare la zona di Bolgheri. Parcheggio grande e privato a cui si accede con codice. Appartamento insonorizzato, si sentono solo quelli che camminano al piano di sopra mentre di fianco no. Completamente attrezzato con frigo e angolo cottura, molto comodo con un bimbo di 8 mesi. Non mancava neanche lo stendino. Da apprezzare il tentativo di svecchiamento del bagno ma la doccia non era di dimensioni vitali. Un limite sono i gradini da superare per raggiungere gli appartamenti in quanto con il passeggino bisognava essere sempre in due. Spazio esterno ben curato benché con la pioggia il sentiero per raggiungere il ristorante sia stato animato da diverse pozzanghere. Pulizia dell’appartamento impeccabile. Piscina in ordine e pulita nonostante non fosse ancora la sua stagione. Ristorante della struttura ottimo, ne abbiamo usufruito alla sera con la mezza pensione, servizio molto cortese e veloce in quanto bisogna comunicare in anticipo il menu scelto. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata. Ottime le torte fatte in casa. Nel complesso promosso.

Bellissimo residence nel verde delle colline sopra Cecina. Abbiamo trascorso qui la Pasqua e era solo come punto di appoggio per il Cavallino matto, ma immagino che in estate, con il fresco della pineta e la piscina, sia il top ! Abbiamo cenato 2 sere al ristorante, piatti ottimi e prezzi onesti. Pulizia e gentilezza al top ! Se avremo occasione, ritorneremo!

Posto favoloso. Piccolo, raccolto, circondato da pini, due splendide piscine (una più bassa l’altra di un metro e venti) un ristorante/pizzeria con piatti deliziosi e prezzi più che onesti, cosa veramente rara ad oggi purtroppo. Personale gentile e sempre sorridente. Cura di ogni angolo (stamani mentre ce ne andavano stavano rastrellando tutti gli aghi di pino e caricandoli per buttarli). Piccolo parco giochi visibile dal ristorante dove i bambini possono correre e giocare (unica pecca manca uno scivolo 😅). Casa spaziosa pulitissima con tutto l’occorrente, letti comodi così come il lettino da viaggio per il bambino più piccolo rifatto con cura. Veramente grazie. Torneremo sicuramente. Complimenti di cuore

Un Residence immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità anche nel mese di agosto. Ci veniamo da qualche anno e ci torneremo per altri ancora. Il personale è sempre disponibile e cordiale. C'è un bel ristorante dove si mangia molto bene a prezzi onesti. Ormai è diventato il "nostro paradiso".

Ambienti non puliti, maleducazione sopratutto a fine vacanza dove di certo mi hanno rovinato la vacanza e non ci tornerò mai più. Secondo la nostra esperienza davvero sconsigliato. La vacanza è stare bene e qui non siamo stati bene.

Abbiamo pernottato qui 3 giorni con la nostra bambina e il cagnolone, da subito si respira aria di relax , pur abitando non molto distante quando arrivi al Residence il Paradiso sembra proprio di essere lontani da tutto il caos! Il personale è gentilissimo, dalla Reception al personale delle pulizie e manutenzione al ristorante! Buona Pulizia degli appartamenti alla consegna, che hanno dentro tutto il necessario,non manca nulla! Mia figlia ha giocato in piscina tutto il tempo, anche il cane era felice 😂! Ristorante molto buono, la carne ottima! Prossimo anno torneremo per un altra piccola fuga! Grazie e a presto!
