Hotel has a wonderful position in the middle of the park with pedestrian road that leads to the tower. The view from the room is magnificent, but I personally do not like the room displacement of Hyatt. It tries to be contemporary, but it ends up to be uncomfortable. The breakfast is very rich and the food quality is top. Pool at the 24th floor is also enjoyable.

The most luxurious hotel. The service is excellent, the receptionist Mint小姐，is very beautiful, with a professional and attentive attitude, giving me a feeling of being at home. My room on the 94th floor is very spacious, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are very comfortable and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view. The bar on the 99th floor is a great place to enjoy the night view with a glass of alcoholic beverage by the window. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 69th floor are impressive; it's my first time swimming at such a high level, giving me a sensation of swimming above the clouds. Breakfast is a must-try on the 72nd floor, with a wide selection of delicious dishes and nice morning sunrise. This hotel is worth coming back to for another stay.

I was a solo traveler so the main problem for me was plenty running screaming children in the hallway. The door to my room didn’t block all the noise from the outside so I could hear those children running and yelling most all the time. I understand maybe this hotel is a family friendly one but at least try to give some quiet space for travelers without kids. The room was clean and nice, the view from the room was amazing because of the location. The breakfast is nice as well not mentioning the same running children in the restaurant which could cause to some unpleasant accidents.

It cannot be pushed open at all on the left side and can only be opened halfway to the right side. The curtains in the living room block 70% of the light. If you like total darkness, go for it! There is no plug or hairdryer in the toilet, and the only mirror in the house is in the toilet, which is really inconvenient. Three days and two nights, I saw mini cockroaches on the dining table in the living room on the first day and on the tiles in the toilet on the last day.
