朋友幫我訂的，交通特別方便，房間也夠大，1 米 8 的床睡得舒服。這個價錢性價比還是不錯

網上隨便選的，主要是近，坐地鐵很方便，打車去地方也都很近。樓下吃喝玩樂的都有，能玩好多天也不膩。就是樓層很高很高，風景很漂亮，但是我恐高~~白白浪費這麼好的景色。

前台服務好，交通十分便利，酒店環境舒適，住的很舒服像家一樣温馨，衞生也很乾凈，每次來住給的房間都能看到廣州塔，真的太喜歡了，值得推薦👍

前台小姐姐很熱情，房間非常新，乾淨整潔，沒有發現什麼臟的地方，住得很開心。

有機會還來，在廣州住了那麼多家，這家是比較滿意的，樓層高，採光通風一流。晚上景色很不錯，能看到樓下車水馬龍。附近吃的美食很多很多。性價比高。

提前預訂的酒店，性價比高，房間給做免費升級了，設施用品都齊，特別贊一個樓層很高，晚上可以看到小蠻腰，哈。

高層風景特別好，能看廣州夜景。床單被套乾淨，水壓很大。前台服務好。

I've been here with friends before and was generally satisfied. There's a restaurant upstairs and a subway downstairs, so it's very convenient to get in and out. The room layout is good, the service attitude is good, and they can follow up immediately if needed.

服務態度好，環境不錯，交通方便，樓下就是6號線和8號線，從負二可以直接做電梯到房間。

It was my first time to book this hotel. The photos online were pretty good, and the hotel was pretty much the same as the photos. I was quite satisfied with the hotel overall. The transportation was very convenient, the subway was just downstairs, and I could find delicious food downstairs. The environment was also good.

Очень удобное расположение, но комнаты слишком грязные за такие деньги. очень неудобно, что дают всего два банных полотенца,, для рук и лица дают какие-то одноразовые неудобные утрамбованные пакетики. в душевой нет никаких полок, чтобы поставить банные принадлежности, некуда повесить полотенце в санузле. От грязи даже ползают тараканы  Ещё очень неудобно, что дают всего один ключ от комнаты, а без ключа там невозможно двигаться в лифте, не можешь подняться на свой этаж или спуститься на нужные этаж. Это крайне неудобно, что на двоих всего один ключ.

I want my full refund from Trip.com if not I will lodge an official complaint to IATA as I did not sleep the night of 26th April and 27th I checked out even though I had booked 27th night through trip.com. This hotel is. Co pelte nightmare, will not advise any guest to ever stay in this hotel or this pathetic area of Guangzhou. Horrible, horrible stay. It was a nightmare. I want my full refund as in the middle of the night of 26th April I had a cocoroach was climbing up my leg under the bed quilt and the night staff who is a useless man was of no help or could not provide any solution. They advertise 24 hour front desk service, they are liars, the man was fast asleep and did not offer any help, he told me to get refund for 26th and 27th night I would have to write to the platform from where I did this booking which is Trip.com So I want my full refund back.
