Yintian Apartment（University Town）

The price is there, and it is very cost-effective. The central location in the North Commercial Street of University Town is more suitable for students to spend the night. The sanitary environment is very ordinary and the rooms are small.

The facilities of this apartment are very poor and do not match the promotional pictures. There is no toilet in the bathroom, but a pit. The door hinge screw has fallen off. The door is almost falling and no one cares. There is a big hole in the door. Hygiene is indeed very poor. The windows were open and mosquitoes bit several buds in one night. This was the worst trip. The price is still high, and I don’t know what the boss thinks.

多年畢業回大學城訂了這家公寓。雖然不能和外面酒店相比，但是在大學城中民宿公寓中算是很不錯的了。當時訂衹期望衞生乾淨安靜就行。房間總體衞生不錯，周圍環境也很安靜。前台阿姨也很好説話，幫我們免費更換到投影房，服務很贊。幫忙寄存行李。贊一個

定位就是大學城附近的民宿吧，感覺配不上這個價位，很小，洗浴沒有乾濕分離。

地理位置優越，旁邊就是小吃街非常方便，服務態度很好，環境乾淨衞生，蠻不錯的
