Quality 5 star hotel in a good location. Room was well cleaned daily. You’re near ICC and other buildings with amenities. What didn’t work well at all were the pillows and bed which are very very soft. If you have a back problem, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Front desk Carol is very helpful. Fast check in. Houskeeping is doing good job, room is spacios and clean, water pressure good. Overall is very good.服务员徐桂清is kind enuf to provide four bottles drink during second day after knowing we bringing 2 kids. Thank you.

Best experience staying in Westin! Super friendly staff and enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well! Overall enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend!!

Stayed with my wife and 9 month old daughter for x 2 nights. Breakfast was excellent- server brought us hot drinks straight away each morning and there was a huge selection of food. We also had an evening meal on the 2nd floor restaurant and the food was very good quality. Room spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Well equipped gym with Technogym cardio and good range of free weights. Only downside was the hotel doors making loud noise when closing. Friendly, helpful staff- would stay again.

The room service was twice delayed for no reason, and the second time they used a broken wooden tray to deliver my salmon dish... The hotel is famous and usually known to be very good, and I assume they usually are. But I seemed to have caught them on a bad weekend. The front of house staff were great though, and very helpful.

My second time at the Westin, Guangzhou, and I couldn’t fault it. From checking until checking out, the service was excellent. My room was spacious, clean with the added bonus of a bath mat in the shower which not every hotel offers. It is so central to everything in Guangzhou and the main railway station is a 10 minute walk away. I left feeling very happy would highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking to stay in such a vibrant, buzzing city like Guangzhou.

Our experience at Westin GZ was great. It started off a bit dicey as the room temperature was too high. It was at a constant 24.6C. Also, the shower was intermittently hot and cold. However, upon raising the issues with Michael Zheng at the front desk, he was very apologetic and made it up by changing our rooms to one that he had personally checked to be within our comfort zone (approx. 21C).
Westin is a high end hotel which will never be without issues just like any hotels in the world no matter its prestige. As such, it is still one of my hotels of choice and I won’t hesitate to stay at Westin GZ again. In fact, I’m planning a trip in April 2025 and I’ll be booking this place again.
