有免費停車才訂的，結果去到停車位滿了，給點前台打電話，前台很客氣的説沒辦法。衹能去對面停，但不報銷，我説你們寫着免費停車的啊，前台説沒辦法，你可以退款的。當時過了免費取消時間，取消還要扣款，這波操作猛如虎，佩服！沒辦法都19點了，也趕着去吃飯，去對面停了，第二天30塊。最可氣的事房間很小，還臟，床上還有小蟑螂，哎，沒有下次了，再不去了

設施：很新，酒店竟然還有免費充電，女性用品，很有愛這家酒店，很滿意哦，前台服務也很好，小姐姐免費升級了房間，下次住酒店我還會住賽楠酒店，出門也方便，下次來來吧，

房間窗户很大光線很好，無線跟電視也很好用，房間裝潢的簡單現代很舒適被褥都很乾凈，天冷了空調暖氣可以調節温度，周邊小吃也有，房間乾淨，房間大，叫外賣也挺方便，住得很舒適安靜不吵，晚上睡得很香!點贊。房間衞生做的很好安靜舒服，住的很愜意!周圍挺熱鬧的，酒店附近有個萬科裏，晚上出來散步逛逛街！酒店裡的人都很親切，周圍就有商場，和吃飯的地方，出行到地鐵站走路七八分鐘吧，很不錯!強烈推薦

酒店出門就是公交站，有公交直達地鐵站，交通太方便了，酒店整體乾淨衞生潔凈明亮風格簡潔大方，而且價格實惠性周邊價比最佳，預訂起來很方便，前台服務態度很好，幫忙寄存行李和代收快遞，是過來這邊玩，都是入住這家，推薦

前台服務態度很nice，主動幫我升房，房間衞生還算乾淨，但看得出設施有點陳舊了，不過這個價格來説，性價比已經不錯了，酒店門口就是公交車站，還蠻方便的。
