最近兩年因商務經常入住該酒店，一來出行方便，二來兩張大床的配置也很適合，之前前面用作隔離酒店，一直住在後麪，現感覺越來越差，主要原因如下：1、前台服務員素質越快越差，和客户溝通交流能力不合格；2、房間內環境衞生較差，床單有蟲子，衞生間臭氣熏天；3、收費停車不合理；4、前台服務員總是暗示選前面的維也納，那後面的公館你們關掉得了

不推薦入住。房間裏有無數可怕的蟲子，不知道叫什麼，先是坐在沙發上發現衣服上有，捏死七八衹猴，發現地板上有幾十衹，會爬會飛，體型細長。
此外房間骯臟，臭，淋浴間漏水到卧室。也不知為什麼前台要安排這樣的房間給客人，當時問過有沒有其他樓層，回答沒有，其他都滿了。然而不久後就證實那是個謊言。
