房間特別好，價格更不用説了。空調和風扇都有，房間自帶衞生間，安全方便，老闆一家非常好。住了一週非常開心，周邊各種小吃都有，好吃不貴，還有富朋大市場，我還買了好多水果！很方便！

下午辦理入住306房，房間老舊的氣味讓人不適，試過用電水壺煮水產生蒸氣仍沒能降低異味，放棄晚上九點退房走了

老闆很隨和，容易溝通；圖文相符，性價比高，空調免費；周邊有早餐店網吧啥的，去哪也都比較方便；房間空間蠻大，但房間灰塵較多，衞生需要自己打掃；廁所有異味，凌晨有夜市比較吵，房間燈光不亮；值得一提的是，關了一會空調，蟑螂就蹦出來了，把我嚇了半死
