Pacaren Hotel

South of Pearl River Guangzhou|0.82km from Guangbai Department Store (Xinyicheng Branch)
1. This hotel is designed and the decoration is quite interesting; 2. It is very close to the subway station, which is very convenient; 3. The washing machine and dryer in the laundry room should be broken; 3. The biggest problem is that the attitude of the waiter is very bad. I don’t know whether it’s because he doesn’t understand people or because he doesn’t want to do things. ① I got a split nail stuck in my flesh at night. I called the front desk to ask if there were nail clippers. First, he asked me when I would return them after I used them. , and then asked me to go down and get it (I don’t know, am I going to trick you into getting a nail clipper or something? Can no one in the hotel give one to you?) Finally, he gave me a big one for cutting toenails. The key is very blunt and can’t be cut at all. ! ! ! ②The next morning, I asked the front desk whether Ctrip would issue tickets or they would issue tickets in their store. I hesitated and said they could issue tickets. I asked about special tickets or general tickets. I was told about electronic tickets. Anyway, I didn’t want to issue tickets and didn’t want to do more. The way things were going, I didn’t drive it when she looked like that. I wanted to ask Ctrip to drive it. After I left, I opened Ctrip and saw that it said it was operated by a hotel! ! ! ! I'm really speechless about the service of this hotel, and I don't want to contact you, so that's it!

It is very happy to have free parking in a hotel in such a place like Guangzhou! 😊I didn’t expect to have such a big window to see the street view~ I have a lot to praise. First of all, the handsome guy at the front desk is very nice👍 He is always responsive and answers all questions! Secondly, the housewife should have been trained. She has never touched anything I put in the room (because I have marked it). This is very important! Definitely give me a thumbs up 👍The surrounding environment is lively, you can always get something to eat no matter how late you come back 😋 and there are night bus stops nearby! I was not afraid from the time I stayed at Canton Tower until the lights were turned off (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)

I booked a family room with two double beds for three adults. However, to our disappointment that it was only good for people of the same sex because of its too open design. There was no separate bathroom. The partitions for the shower compartment and the toilet compartment were all made of transparent glasses which allow no privacy. Besides, there was no changing space in the compact open bathroom and you have to walk naked to access the towels in a shelf and get dressed outside the ”bathroom” - embarrassed.

The hotel upgraded me for free. The room is clean and tidy, the laundry room has a wide bed, and the transportation is convenient. There is a large shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping and has a lot of delicious food. I will come back next time

Environment: This is a new store! Jimei friends, like me, are a bit germaphic, so just wash it off and it’s all done. It’s really clean and tidy. I usually choose newer or renovated hotels to stay in. Location: This location is not far from the subway station. There is a parking lot behind the hotel. It is not noisy at night and I sleep well~ Value for money: To be honest, this price is much better than some old star-rated hotels. I have stayed in hotels with similar prices before, but the environment is much different in all aspects. Service: The lady at the front desk is very considerate and will help with check-in. Although there is also a self-service check-in, the response to water delivery is very fast. Generally speaking, I usually choose All Seasons Hotel first when traveling for business. Even if it is far away from the office, I still want to sleep better. Features of All Seasons: You can make tea and chat, their tea sets are very beautiful, the tea is Lapsang Souchong, which I personally prefer to drink, their hotels will be equipped with gyms and laundry rooms, and robot delivery services, so if you have poor sleep quality , you can choose it ~

I have stayed in this hotel several times and this time I feel that I can't compare with the previous few times. The front desk waiter should not ask three questions, and the attitude is cold. There is no body wash in the room, and there are many mosquitoes. Called to do hygiene, started calling in the morning, and came in the afternoon. It's probably late, and mosquitoes get in the dark and can't sleep all night.

The hotel is located at the front, the road is also crowded, around many restaurants and shopping centers. The sign outside the hotel is in Chinese, not the international name as shown on the app (when we go to the reception we see the same name as on the app), it is also difficult for foreigners like us to find the hotel. No one at the hotel can communicate in English, only speak Chinese and google translate. Because we are foreigners, the hotel check-in process is quite long, but I personally feel very careful, thorough, and secure, because the hotel side carefully checks passports and portraits taken on the spot. . There is also a backup charging station at the reception (4 yuan/piece). Very convenient! The hotel lights are yellow, so it feels dim. The room is ok, clean, someone comes in to clean every day. Every day you are given 2 bottles of mineral water. TV only has domestic cable, cannot use wifi. The hotel's wifi only allows QR codes to be scanned, but when I use apps like wechat, I can't access it. I don't know if it's because I'm a foreigner. But on the phone, pressing direct access can still access wifi. However, wifi blocks foreign apps, only Chinese apps can be used. The lights in the room were also yellow and dim, making makeup a bit difficult. The bathroom has hot water, but you have to wait quite a while. As for the bathroom door, it's a bit difficult to use. When you pull one side, it opens on the other side 😅 The mattress and blanket are very soft, sleeping very well. Room amenities are complete and very good.
