每次都是入住這家酒店方便，各方面很不錯！
但是這次入住體驗很不好：
1、衞生間浴缸位置滲漏水，反饋至前台，衹是過來一位工作人員看了下，回覆説也沒辦法，孩子上衞生間差點摔跤，睡覺前孩子媽媽拖了五六遍，早上起來拖了三四遍，衞生間根本沒辦法使用，做為酒店方對此問題沒有一個妥當的處理辦法，也沒有和當事人就該問題給予任何説法！
.2、房間電話不通，手機撥打前台電話沒人接。
