This is a old property converted in to a boutique style hotel. Rooms are not functional and have a bad layout. Beds run small and are not the comfiest. Every noise is heard from the guests walking in heals and entering and exiting their rooms. Neighborhood is safe and you will have fun in Guanajuato. Last of all hotel does state on site parking but is limited to street parking.

Magnificent service, beautiful and pleasant facilities, excellent cleanliness and aroma in all areas of the hotel, located in a very quiet and pleasant area, very delicious lunch. Without a doubt I would stay there again.

We love the hotel. A beautiful old house, well renovated and modern decorated. Service can improve a little more. When we arrived there was no one at reception but they were very kind to put our bags in the room that we had left at reception earlier. Great shower super comfy bed. It's not in the hustle and bustle of the center but a taxi costs 3 dollars. I would go back and recommend it to anyone who wants less hassle in the historic center.

No me hospede en ese hotel, aunque la verdad es que las habitaciones se ven muy cómodas y está en una zona muy tranquila, frente a uno de los jardines más tranquilos y bellos de Guanajuato y a 5 minutos a pie de la presa la olla, sin embargo fuimos en familia a almorzar a su restaurante, la atención es muy buena, la comida también lo es, el personal es alegre y cortés, sus precios no son muy diferentes de los demás restaurantes de modo que no pagaras de más, pero comerás en un ambiente muy tranquilo, vale mucho la pena visitarlo
