4 Star Hotels in Guadalajara

First of all, I loved the location of this hotel. It's right in the historic center and you can walk to so many lovely buildings and museums, and everything you need is right there (shops, pharmacies, restaurants). Upon checking in as a Diamond Hilton member, I was happy to find out they had upgraded me to a room with a nice, spacious balcony with a spectacular view of Guadalajara Cathedral. (See photo) The top-floor restaurant has a similar view as well. The breakfast has a nice, tasty variety. I also enjoyed drinks with a friend at the restaurant on one of the nights. The staff are great and helpful too. Elizabeth really came through for me when I needed to extend my stay a couple nights. Another girl (Anayeri, I think) provided excellent service as well, helping me get my dry cleaning turned in, despite missing the 10am deadline. All in all, it was a lovely stay, and I look forward to staying at this hotel when I return in the future.

The hotel is in a nice location, the rooms are clean and big, but especially the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly, Victor in the restaurant section will help you in every way, even the orders that are not on the menu will come from the kitchen immediately. I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially Victor. The ATM machine in the hotel is broken, so I couldn't withdraw money. The restaurant downstairs tasted good, the green Taco was delicious, the fish was not recommended, it was all marinated and too salty, the complimentary squid was very good

A hotel with department services, I love the new hotel, the cleaning of the room and the practicality that you can park your car, I think what could improve is to give you instructions when you arrive, you must park on the S2 and of There you go up to 1 and then change hiss to go to floor 3 at the reception, all this would have been easier if they had explained it to me, but it's just one detail, breakfast is decent but could improve, for example, Capucchino coffee is very bad, I prefer to be covered with me but to be made with a professional machine with real milk, I think they could put toast in the breakfast, but it's okay, they give you fruit, yogurt, bread, and eggs, you can also ask frite eggs if you want it. This is a five-star resort hotel, living in the downtown area, but it is very leisurely inside, basically the hotel situation in the resort area, the hotel service is very good, the center is the same as a park, the traffic around the birds and flowers is also very convenient, next to a big shopping plaza, It feels like a hotel with a high cost performance, praise!

We stayed for a week at this hotel. The location is centralized and right next to the Plaza del Sol, a large open air shopping center. First and foremost, the service was outstanding. At all times we felt the staff cared and did what they could to help us enjoy our stay. The breakfast at the Cafe Urbano was outstanding with a wide array of freshly prepared and delicious food. The service at the Cafe Urbano deserves special mention. We tried the French restaurant and enjoyed it; tasty French bistro style food and good wine. The club level service was very good, with two hours of a very fine wine. We were pleased with the upgrade that we received due to IHG diamond status; the room had a living room and a ridiculous bathroom. Not many cons; the pool is underwhelming and there did not seem to be many guests. All and all, we felt the famous IHG hospitality and recommend.

Great customer service, the entire staff is polite and kind. It is a small property hence the experience is personable. Great location, easy access to all points of the city. The rooms in the back of the building are quiet, great for people that are looking to rest. The reason I gave this property a three start review is the use of the word LUXURY. The decor is posh and modern. The hotel lacks cleanliness in the rooms, amenities and overall experience. The entire place is in desperate need of a remodeling. Our room had a distinctive stench that came out of the bathroom I believe is a combination of poor plumbing and lack good cleaning. I had to ask the maid on our floor to help us get rid of the problem. She came and sprayed the bathroom with an atrocious cinnamon spay which only masked the problem. I asked her to bring me detergent and bleach. I cleaned the bathroom and poured bleach on all drains to get rid of the problem. The cleaning of our room was mediocre. The coffee mugs were not replaced or washed. Breakfast included was ok. The fruit, bread an cereal bar provided a great assortment. They also offer good a la carte options. The restaurant next door is good. The room prices are good so yes, I believe I would return back but now I am fully aware this is not a Luxury Hotel.

We have stayed here twice! We ended up having our wedding here due to it's charm. We love the HISTORIC vibe and the unique character to the place makes this so attractive. Cue tall ceilings, candles, chandeliers, and stories. It is from the 1800s so don't expect top notch American grade plumbing and electricity, but expect to feel teleported back in time. We love the location to the center of GDL, their breakfast is delicious, and their security made us feel safe at night time. We will continue to come back here as a central spot in GDL and to relish in our memories! The honeymoon suite is GORGEOUS, with a little hot tub, if you can book it, do! The Wedding coordinators are the sweetest and the BEST, if you are thinking of a wedding here-top notch service!

Reserve por booking y encontré en esa página “buenos comentarios”de este hotel, reservé por 4 días, y no saben la arrepentida que nos dimos de llegar, en general todo sucio, pasillos, elevadores, habitaciones, es servicio por parte de su personal es pésimo, pedí que me checaran el aire acondicionado y en vez de acudir la persona de mantenimiento, solo llamo para preguntar que pasaba y jamás apareció, las almohadas son un asco, las viejas parecen piedra, y las nuevas como cojines de aire caliente y súper grandes, nefastas, está descuidado el exterior como el interior, de verdad es una pesadilla de hotel, la regadera llena de moho en el vidrio, los w.c. Marcados de sarro en el interior, debajo de la televisión lleno de polvo, los espejos sucios y los vidrios de la calle ni se diga, NO RESERVEN AQUÍ!! Además ayer por la noche llegamos a las 11:30 de la noche y tardaron más de 15 minutos en abrirnos el garage ya que lo cierran y tuvimos que tocar mas de 6 veces, esto nada tiene que ver con la atención y servicio de un Camino Real, es nefasto!!
