This was a huge room and a true suite with the bedroom separated with a door. Huge bathroom and living area as well. Very clean and in good condition. And a delicious made to order omelette for breakfast. I wish I had arrived early enough to take advantage of having room service.

Definitely will stay here again. Embassy is one of two properties in downtown Greenville with an indoor pool. Unfortunately the pool was not heated, at the time of our stay. The hotel is in a prime location. Once we arrived, we walked to everything and never had to drive anywhere.

We enjoyed the property and surrounding area very much! this is a great spot with alot to offer. Breakfast was good but a bit understaffed as we saw it. The room was good just very tight around the bead area. All in all a good stay.

It was a little confusing to figure out the parking garage but otherwise everything was easy and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable and within easy walking distance of all the attractions of Greenville. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evening.

Hotel was not ready for the New Year’s Eve crowd. Many folks had to wait for rooms to be cleaned. Our room wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm when the written guarantee was 4 pm.

Typically we can check in quickly. But today I guess cause they were busy rooms weren’t ready. They had me down for the wrong room. Did get an upgrade room shout out to Brittany at the front desk who save the weekend.

Worse experience ever. No room when we got there and no one ever called to let us know a room was ready so we ate dinner and road around Greenville for hours. We finally got to our room by 9pm. This was suppose to be a relaxing trip for us after my husband had a major heart attack. He became so stressed we never left room. I was promised compensation that I still have not seen any reimbursement. NO MANAGER ON DUTY which made it worse. NO ONE that could help.
