We have visited Grand Baie twice before and decided on an apartment this time. We weren't disappointed, lovely apartment on 3rd floor. Roomy Kitchen, nice balcony, great bedroom with good air conditioning and fantastic bathroom. Staff always there and eager to please, lovely cleaners with fresh sheets and fresh towels. Good size pool and often the chance to swim in your own. Very near to superu supermarket with everything you need, takeaways within that complex, only 5 min walk. Restaurants just beyond Superu going into central Grand Baie with good public beaches. Recommend Talipot Restaurant for reasonable prices, Blue Lagoon only short walk with a great Chinese restaurant next door. Spent a month, had a scooter so we could travel to beaches, Trox au Biches our favourite. Would live to come back again with family. Everyone so pleasant and friendly. What an amazing boutique hotel nestled in the north of Mauritius. We can’t recommend Seapoint highly enough. Adults only hotel with 24 rooms, a lovely beach and pool area, fantastic spa-it felt very intimate and relaxing. An amazing team of very kind and attentive staff including Kevin, Ismael, Abhi, Yeshika, David, Hossein, Heman, Nicky. The hotel staff remembered my husband and I were celebrating our birthdays and wedding anniversary and presented us with delicious birthday cakes! The food was always delicious with a great selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner-the presentation and detail was a work of art! Our upstairs suite with a private balcony was perfect, the room was always clean and made up so nicely with lovely touches like swan towels and flowers on the bed twice! Great base for exploring-2 min drive/short walk to Mon Choisy beach, 10 min drive to Grand Baie. Cap Malhereux church, Chateaux de Labonnaise and botanical gardens 20-30 mins away. A perfect hotel to escape to, we’d love to go back!
