Very nice hotel, the room is quite big, although it is a patio room, but I am quite satisfied. We arrived at the hotel around 12:00. We thought we would store our luggage first and check in in the afternoon, but the guy directly assigned us a room. Thank you. The hotel is very beautiful, it feels like a chain, slightly better than other cheap four-star hotels. But there is no welcome water, and all the things in the refrigerator are charged.

The hotel is very good, the service staff is very thoughtful and the room is comfortable and clean. The hotel breakfast is very good. There are many large supermarkets around the hotel that are very convenient for shopping, and there are multiple buses at the door that can make you very convenient and fast to reach various attractions. This is a very recommended hotel in Grenada.

We had a good stay in the hotel. It’s very near to the train station, around 4-6 mins walk. The staff is also very accommodating and nice. On our check in day we were greeted by this male reception, he was nice and he helped us typed out a letter to state our time of arrival in the hotel as we had our luggage delivered after being lost during our Vueling flight from London to Malaga and our insurance company was asking for it due to some claims. The staff also assisted me in calling Vueling using their phone a few times, thank you. The rooms were nice too and it’s very spacious. They had a gym and spa, we enjoyed using both. There ha a bus stop outside the hotel, about 5 mins ride to the Cathedral and if you choose to walk, it’s about 20 min. Lots of eating places around the hotel too. Highly recommended for your stay in Granada. ☺️

The environment is good at this price, but the bed is red, I don't know if it is clean, the location is good, it is also close to the train station, there is also a delicious shop nearby, and you can use Alipay.

The front desk of the hotel is very professional and enthusiastic, and actively informs some tourist matters, travel route suggestions, etc., including the parking ticket can be discounted when it is stamped for picking up the car, and it can be discounted (it seems to be around 13 Euro after the discount). After the formalities are completed, we will be very enthusiastic to lead us to the hotel-style apartments on the opposite side of the road, about 200 meters away. Fortunately, the roads are not tired. Opposite the airport line station. 3. The apartment is located on the top floor and can be seen across the top of the cathedral with a small balcony. The hotel retains many elements of the bank, the location is excellent, the facilities are very new and the service is warm. The receptionist carefully marked the route and entrance to Alhambra. The way to return to the hotel and the dining are marked on the map. The hotel helps to park 35 euros/night, and it is very convenient and cheap to go out taxi. Living in a room on the 2nd floor sealed by the ceiling, there is an inner window facing the courtyard. If you mind, it is better to book a room on the 3rd floor.

it’s a really nice place in Granada The reception is super nice,a girl named Claudia offered me a map when was checking in the first day! The place have a super good location,very near from many famous churches,walk around or travel for staying 3-5 days is totally enough! Floor C,where have a perfect view especially from noon to night,it’s really nice staying these 3 days,love here and love Granada
