Everything is great. Although they did not take into account the request for a double bed instead of two single beds. But the rest is fine, the bathroom has been renovated and the beds are very comfortable.
The air conditioning system could be improved and the insulation of the windows. But overall a nice stay.

This is a Basic hotel, spent 1 night. It clearly Needs some upgrading and updates. Location was adequate, 15 minutes to city center walking through the neighborhood streets. Located near El Corte Inglés as you enter Granada. Good location if you don’t want to drive through the messy city traffic.
Hotel is on the first floor (second floor really by European standards) , no elevator requires to carry your own luggage up a flight of stairs.
I was told at check in the Hotel offers onsite parking for 18 euros. I over heard the front desk staff telling another guest the hotel was 16 euros. I pointed out the difference and was told it’s due to the different pricing on ********** vs. at the front desk. I was offered the lower pricing after I brought it up but I ended up parking at a public garage nearby.
I’d say price/room quality is not worth it but probably okay for just one night.

Cleaning and maintenance leaves much to be desired. Unpleasant smell when we entered mixed with air freshener to disguise it. The hard beds almost digging into the springs. At least the sheets and pillowcases were clean. Hot water and bath gel and shampoo assistance are acceptable.

Very well located to be able to move around Granada. Great treatment of the staff. Comfortable and very clean room. The great service. Rest assured. It has good accessibility, one floor only. I would definitely repeat.

We only stayed one night. The room and bathroom were very good. Breakfast good too. The inconvenience is the lack of an elevator to go up and down the suitcases

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff! You have to keep in mind that it is a 3*** hotel and you can't ask for more. The comfortable beds and the small refrigerator come in handy. The location is very good but at the same time, quiet and without much noise. The only drawback I would say is the lack of more plugs in the room and putting another screen in the shower because the water leaks out.
