Beautiful scenery from the airport, Transfer 1:40 minutes from Tivat Good ———— Premium = newer accommodation lovely room. There is a partition to separate the double bed and twin beds. Comfy beds Walk in wardrobe Lovely bathroom Premium area has its own pool and children’s pool. Premium bar & snack bar open 10- 6pm - food freshly cooked, cakes, ice cream, fruit, lolly’s. Worth the upgrade. Food allergies- Gluten free bread available on request, able to ask for eggs cooked with no cross contamination Wifi throughout the complex Hotel looks beautiful in photos Lots of pools Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas Premium alcohol in all bars Choice of restaurants Cleanliness in the rooms Lovely fruit - Watermelon Recycling bins everywhere (need a normal waste bin next to them to stop mixed rubbish) Bad ———- Check in - disorganised Family resort (not advertised as this) = lots children Buffett restaurant = ‘canteen’ very noisy No adult only pool or dining areas (no child free areas) No seafood, which is shown on promotion videos of the hotel & trip advisor reviews mentioned seafood Only 2 toilet cubicles at the beach bar - no locks on the doors and dirty Loud music played everywhere, by the pool, beach and in the dining room extremely loud (it doesn’t even drown out the noise of screaming, tired children ) Mosquitoes (bring mossie spray) No food labelling for allergies, very little awareness. Gluten-free difficult - bacon with bread underneath, eggs cooked on same hot plate as eggy bread. Towels used to reserve sunbeds all day and not used !! Photos look beautiful but the reality = extremely busy & noisy resort Check dates on trip-advisor reviews - old reviews show as recent Don’t be influenced by the ‘Karisma’ brand - this is not equivalent to other countries

They support russians even if the country stoped direct flights from russia for a very obvious reason. They still have russians channels on their tv with russians propaganda still on it. Bloody russians news all over the place. No beach towels after 4pm, some days towels arrives at 9am instead of 8am. Cups, empty bottles of bears, snacks still left on the tables around the resort, cleaning is not done until morning. Impossible to find a sun bed around the pool, towels on them probably since evening. The air con had a very loud noise, it took them two days to try and fix it but it never happened, they were telling me that it was fixed but it wasn’t. Eventually I insisted and they’ve changed the room. Expect to wait 20 minutes in the queue to get a very average, overcooked, unseasoned food. Great sandy beach until 12am then the strong wind starts every day and it blows the sand directly into your face. Then you go to the pool area where are lots of sun beds but with towels on it - reserved. Dirty beach fool of cigarets buds, they smoke everywhere even outside at the restaurants eating area. Microwaved, unseasoned food in an a la carte restaurant. Outside toilets has no locks, don’t understand the reason for it. Wouldn’t go back.

BellBoy Dejan is the best bellboy. He welcomed us nicely and politely and explained all our doubts. He also saw us off with pleasure and kindness. As for the other services, we are not very satisfied (check in, check out).

Hello there, we was in this week at the hotel with my husband and two children, one was 2.5 years and the other 1 year old. I need to specify some things: at first, my doughter is lactose intolerant and my booking agency gave me the number of the restaurant menager and his name was MANI, he was so correct about everything, whenever we need something for our doughter like macaroni, pancakes, ice-cream without lactose we write to him and he got that, at the time when we need it. We are so thankful MANI that u make our holidays better to us and our doughter. At second, the entertainment group was so kind and friendly to our children in every area, they gave everything to make our children happy. I need to say for Enxhi, Leotrim very kind and helpful to us, Picachu ( the young seriban i dont know his name) he never walked around us and don’t say Hi and send kisses to our kids they loved him, and the Bosnian and Hercegovina with long hair boy, he was kind and super friendly too, gave so much love to our kids. Thanks to everyone of you guys. I recommend the hotel to 10/10 with everything, it’s totally a family resort where your children eat, play ,relax on kinder ground and have fun every time during the holidays in every area. From the parking area to the security guy in a beach they was all excellent. 10/10

Fresh and tasty variety of vegan food prepared specially for the retreat with Mohanji, organized at this resort. I enjoyed everything. The staff is kind and helpful, the place is nicely designed, rooms are tidy.

Really nice resort hotel complex. Staff great and food was very good for a buffet. It was mostly shut down for the winter and not really designed for the torrential rain we had. So visit April to October and I am sure it will be perfect. There are dogs and cats around - friendly and I like this. The staff work to keep them outside but they are sneaky. So beware.

In the restaurant Wander was very helpful and friendly Nothing was too much for him. I highly recommend contacting him when you are there. The service in the restaurant is good only I was disappointed that there was not much fresh fruit. No grapes, plums in syrup (we had this in other hotels). All in all a very nice holiday.

We stayed here for a week with an RSD tour group. The room we had was excellent, the internet fast and reliable, the hotel gardens pretty and well maintained, and the pool areas clean. But the food...oh dear. The 'restaurant' was more like an overcrowded canteen with queues everywhere, and the choice of food was poor. Fresh vegetables in short supply, apart from grated carrots, cabbage. Green veg boiled to oblivion. Fish overcooked and dry. Watery soups. Sliced white bread only. Fresh fruit was apples or oranges. Some of the meat dishes swimming in fat. Ice cream appeared on one day, causing a stampede among hotel guests desperate for something recognisable. Supposedly a choice of restaurants, but only one a la carte as opposed to the buffet, and that didn't look too great.

This hotel has lovely grounds, three pools with beach front access. Rooms clean and spacious (we upgraded to a garden room). Most staff polite and courteous. I realise it is the end of season and things are winding down. Beach bar was closed so only one bar open, which at times got rather busy. Sun beds, umbrellas and pot plants were taken away each day. But still enough beds for us. Only one restaurant open. There was an Italian, but extra charge so didn’t use. I have to say not one of us ate a hot meal whilst we were there, all just warm. Our first few days it was quite empty, but as more people arrived each day it basically became carnage. Queues for food and drink, sometimes no seating, although a section was cordoned off, but not allowed to use. Not enough stations opened, empty food in places. No butter for two days. No puddings one night. I asked the Manager about this and he was rather off with me. This let the holiday down terribly. Our party of four ate at a local restaurant the last two nights, along with twenty others from our coach party.
