Nero North

Everything about this place is amazing, after a 3 day stay we decided to extend for another 2 nights as we just didn't want to leave. The staff are the politest, and most genuine people, especially Wuan. We will come back to this hotel any time we visit Gili T again, and will recommend to everyone we chat to.

Gili T = Nero North Both myself and wife decided to make a spontaneous decision, leave Bali and go check out the islands. Best decision we ever made. Best place for luxury and breakfast on the beach. If looking for peace and tranquility. Spotless rooms and amazing staff. Will be back soon! Shukran guys!!

Very peaceful and guiet place. Room are spacious and clean, beach is wonderful, also swimming pool is good for take nap. I recommend to check tide schedule of beach, while we had little problem with it. While low tide was day time, it is hard to swim into the ocean.

Situated a 20-30min walk from the main *****, the hotel had its own private beach perfect for watching for the sunset. The rooms were modern, a good size and well equipped. The communal pool and seating areas were nice. Though the restaurant did not serve lunch and the menu was limited for dinnertime. Food and drink service could have been more efficient, especially at breakfast. However, staff were friendly and very accommodating at all times. Overall the hotel was very good and with some small tweaks to the restaurant in particular has the potential for a 5/5.

On our last night we went to the restaurant for dinner , had an amazing view , food was presented and tasted delicious. We had chicken Parma satay chicken and chicken quesadilla. The non alcoholic cocktail was fresh and well presented. The staff member was very friendly and professional. Would definitely advise a meal here

We booked two very expensive nights here via **********. Upon arrival we were greeted and shown to our room. While the hotel itself looks OK on pictures, it's a different story once you see it up close. It's acceptable but nothing more and certainly not worth the price of admission. What ultimately led to us finding another hotel, though, was the downright extreme noiselevels at the hotel. Next door there were builders running angle grinders, air hammers and breaking up concrete. It was so bad that we had to shout to each other while trying to stay at the pool. After not more than 1,5 hours at the hotel we asked for a refund at the reception because of the noise. We were informed that the hotel was aware of the noise and that it would last from 0900-1700 every day. The staff asked for our contact information and said that they would work out something with the manager. We also talked to ********** where we were told that the management had every right to deny us a refund even though they did absolutely nothing to inform us about the noise before making the booking. Ultimately - as one might expect from a management that didn't inform anyone about the noise in the first place - they ended up denying us a refund. As such I really must recommend against staying at Nero North. There are much, much better deals to be had. Don't go here expecting peace and quiet. Absolutely not recommended!

My wife and my 1.5 year old stayed at Nero North in late January. It was our Honeymoon and we had an amazing time which was made all the more special by the staff. They were so kind and friendly and were particularly playful and interactive with our 1.5 year old (which he loved). We will always remember our time there fondly not just because of the delicious food, comfortable facilities, great pool, beautiful/quiet location but the wonderful staff who made our time so special. I attempted to get all their names but haven’t got all of them (apologies to those I’ve missed!) - a special thank you to Hasti, Izi, Amir, Tari, Ayub and Zainul! Tom, Em and Archie

World-class service from the staff. All the rooms are clean and beautiful. I had the best experience living in Nero north. Ask for Izi and Mira that welcomes you in the best way and gives you 100%. I Will definitly be back!!! So Happy. Thank you Izi, Mira and all of the other staff.
