Hôtel Bien situé. 10 mn de la gare pour se rendre à Madrid. Très confortable. Personnel très gentil .. Propre.Chambre très spacieuse. Grand lit. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner correct. Magasin Lidl en face si besoin. Je recommande.

The shower was not very water and with changing temperature , now cold now warm and still.

The worst possible. We started! 1. I asked to check-in after 12 pm, they refused to. I arrived at 23:30 and I had to wait until 12 pm because they were doing the box closure. 2. When I check in, they tell me I have two rooms with a reservation, one small € €, for the first day and the suite 200€, for the second day. (My reservation was 2 nights 2 adults 2€) I've been told for €20 more then I have the suite two days, so I said not because I had not asked anything of that in the reservation. 3. We arrived at the first room, we opened the window because it smells closed and the window almost disconnected when it opened. 4. The next day we changed the room to the suite with jacuzzi. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. We arrived afterwards and the door doesn't open, we returned to the reception and they told us that when we fix it, they have to re-setting the circuit but until Monday nothing, they would open the door to us every time we wanted, and we were so until we left. The super friendly reception service with us, we had a problem in the reservation and helped us to solve it, breakfast quite well, nothing exaggerated but just to have a variety of breakfast, The location is a wax outlet and a very well located shopping centre with many restaurants, also with the possibility of taking bus and go to the centre of Madrid without problems.

Nos hemos alojado un finde semana dos adultos con dos niñas para poder ir a la Warner. El hotel está fantástico, muy limpio, habitación amplia y desayuno estupendo. El personal encantador. Se encuentra a unos 20 mins en coche de la Warner. Muy recomendable

Desayuno de 10 y cena de 12 . Es lo único que probamos pero que maravilla. Sin duda si vamos a Madrid volvemos aquí. Super tranquilo, económico y los trabajadores de 12. Nos dieron habitación un jueves 28.03 a las 23h porque nos dejaron tirados EDREAMS para el viernes 29.03 y super bien de verdad os lo recomiendo. Tema de calidades no esta perfecto, es un hotel para ir de paso a dormir y poco mas pero calidad precio, nosotros disfrutamos mucho, es mas llegamos por la noche y lloviendo y al entrar estaba la calefacción :) ESTOS PLATOS POR 13€ DE LOCOS :)

Everything was excellent except the check out time. At reception they had told us that check out was at 12 noon but the cleaning service came an hour and a half before departure. In less than 30 min, the cleaning service entered the room twice to clean when we had NOT left the room yet. We felt thrown out, to which we had to apologize and leave the room quickly. When we left, the cleaning lady thanked us for leaving the room but... why do we have to apologize if it wasn't time to check out yet? shouldn't they pass after we leave the room? I thought it was poorly organized. I could also hear from the room that did the same to other rooms where people were still staying. The rest of the staff was very friendly, and I found the space very jovial and well decorated. The room was amazing.
