May have been ******* 's fault, but when I booked 3 rooms they put each one under a different name so was told I only had one room. This was already late and we had 4 young children with us to make matters worse. After about 30-45 minutes, we finally figured out the problem and got 3 rooms all on different floors. Then around 2:30 a horrible noise woke me up and continued for about 2 hours. After about 30 minutes, I got dressed and went to see where noise was coming from. It was something going on in the mechanical room. I went to front desk and told lady to which she responded, "Oh is that happening again?". She was only person there and couldn't do anything about it. It also woke up my granddaughter, which meant I only got a couple of hours of sleep that night. Never staying at Hilton Gardens again! So frustrating!
