Dishonest operator! Don't trust what they published on the website.
1. The room we booked stated "seaview" but we can only see a small pool from the condo next door.
2. When I went around the unit, I realized we were given 2 futon beds less. As stated in the description, this unit provides 4 queen beds + 4 futons.
Before I realized we were given less beds, I texted the PIC I would like another 1 futon bed and I can pay for that, so all my family members can sleep comfortably. The PIC insisted that it is their policy that each unit can only have 2 futon beds. And then I checked what was published in the description, I printscreened and showed them, and they insisted I was "confused" by their description, their policy was strictly 2 futon beds.
3. There were supposed to have 3 rooms, but 1 of the rooms is just a "corner" covered with curtains, right next to the entrance, where we put our shoes. Inside has a queen bed. That's it.
4. We went out and were back after supper almost 12pm, everyone was about to shower. And only then we realized the shower head upstairs was broken into separate pieces. I quickly texted the operator again, they said it was out of their office hours, they can only repair the shower head the next day 9.30am. And they reminded me the check out time was not later than 11am because there is another group coming in. I tried to text the owner or the manager, and texted trip.com customer service and asked for help l, but the operator just couldnt care less.
I have already lodged an official complaint to Trip.com on this dishonest and disheartening operator.
Other than that, there is only 1 parking bay for the unit, the other cars need to either park by the roadside at your own risk or pay the guard RM20 per night to park inside.
