The staff at the hotel’s gates have a very good service attitude and have helped many things. The front desk is also very welcoming. During the epidemic, the room also provided two anti-epidemic bags with gloves, masks and disinfectants. The hotel also gave small cakes when checking in. Generally, you go out for sightseeing, so you can go out and watch the lake view. It is said that this hotel also has one in Lausanne, you can try again, and the overall feeling is very good

Great stay. Located in a quiet, safe residential area, with bus no. 8 (which takes you to a lot of the tourist attractions) stopping right in front of the hotel. Staff were helpful, responsive, friendly. They have snacks in the lobby which is helpful. Rooms are spacious but very basic in terms of decoration. I felt very, very safe here. Highly recommend. Improvements: Just remember to lock your door, as a solo traveler - I had the cleaners open the door a few times when they were ready to clean (they didn’t mean any harm, they thought the room was empty, but they should please knock! :) There are only two plugs in the room, far from the bed. You can’t charge your phone and lie in bed. A little more decor in the rooms couldn’t hurt as well. The rooms are plain. No mini fridges - keep that in mind. No mini toiletries, but they have larger soap dispensers you can use. Breakfast was basically the same everyday, though there was a lovely selection. (Cut fruit would also be nice) All in all, loved it!

Stayed here six nights in june. Fresh room with operable windows and lots of natural light. Quiet, and the fan system is very good for drowning out any extra noises.Very comfortable new bed and bedding. Wonderful to have lovely espresso machine in room with plenty of capsules. Also refrigerator. They have some kitchenettes which include a microwave, again this is very rare in europe, although more common in the us. Staff is extremely responsive and professional and friendly, unlike many other hoteliers who are very stressed these days and often reflects in a strained attitude. I received almost immediate attention for all my needs. Very stylish public areas with lots of cool contemporary art and many colors and loads and loads of fantastic art science etc books all around the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet in an extremely large and spacious seating area. Eggs, fruits, beans, lox, etc. I have a medical diet and they were very kind to make an adjustment for me. Wonderful location as it is off the beaten path but yet just a 15 minute walk to the train station and you can walk to the water and into the main town. Also was nice to walk to the big hotels easily and safely. Really loved my stay here and I will actually return for another two nights before I fly out later in the month. I stay in many hotels both in the US and around the world the last couple of years and it is impressive the service here and the attitude.

I received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. I stayed at Hotel Bernina for 5 days and enjoyed my stay there. It is very centrally located with the Cornavin station right in front of the hotel. It was just one stop away from the airport. There are also many food places around. The lake was just a 5 mins walk from the hotel. The customer service was great. The receptionists were lovely and incredibly helpful. The folks at the breakfast, including the chef, were very friendly too. The breakfast was a bit one-dimensional though, with the same food being served everywhere. Either way, the croissant was great! The rooms were comfortable and minimalist. It can be a bit congested if there are more than one person in the room. Apart from that, it was a comfortable stay! AND MIGHT I ADD, THAT THE PILLOWS FELT LIKE CLOUDS! I have never experienced pillows as soft as these in hotels all my life!

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the main train station (the supermarket store in the station is longer than the city, and there is something to buy later). It is within a five-minute walk from the larger ***or mall in the city. The hotel layout is similar to that of the home in China. The room size is small, but it is quite comfortable to live. The handsome guy at the front desk is very patient and friendly. The lobby coffee machine serves hot drinks throughout the day, and the breakfast choices are quite satisfactory. The first floor is bright and has a family hotel atmosphere. Pay special attention to Ctrip reservations. The big bed is still a double bed. It looks like there are not many twin rooms. I didn't specify it. I found it in the store and found two big beds.

Very good hotel worth recommending, the receptionist who received us is a little sister with Asian appearance, very polite to speak Mandarin , and upgraded our room. It is very convenient to open the door by e-mail key according to the elevator. It is a few minutes away from the train station. The nearby supermarkets are not small, the Spanish restaurant in the hotel should not be missed, the taste is very good, but remember to book early!

The administration of this hotel is HORRIFIC!I called a day before going there and asked how I was going to check after 6pm since my flight gets there at 11pm. I was told I'd get an email with a code so I can get in. No email was sent. I call the day of my check in about to get to the airport, they told me that I had to email my passport so they can put my info in the system and I can get my code. I did it, but really didn't feel comfortable doing this, putting at risk my info. When I landed, I received an email saying I owe city tax, so they can't give me the code, I had to go to there sister hotel to pay 7 CHF to get my code.Although the hotels are 5 blocks away from each other in a city I was not familiar with and walking at midnight to sort there admin out because they don't have a receptionist? I paid 250 CHF in advanced 2 weeks prior to the hotel, but yet they can't let me go to the room without paying them 7 CHF that very same night? They couldn't wait till the next day? The codes don't work properly, I had a hard time to get in my room the first night, and the second day the code didn't work.i had to go down stairs wait for 4 people to check in to get a new code to go to my room. I had to ask the receptionist something so I went down at 5:45 pm and he was gone. Supposably there is supposed to be someone until 6pm? Today I left my bag in the hotel as I checked out, and when I went to pick it up I asked to go to the restroom, they didnt have one. Read the fine print, they only automatically clean your room after 6 days, if you don't ask for a cleaning they won't do it. The pillows are horrible, I literally have a pain in my neck.

My hotel room was clean, bathroom was also very clean. I stayed at the hotel only for a couple of nights & room was being cleaned every day. I was greeted very welcoming & nothing was a trouble. The room was quiet as I hoped it would be. The bed was comfortable and the soft pillows helped me with quality sleep at the night. And also 3 gentlemen at the reception desk spoke perfect English which I found extra special as unfortunately I don't speak any French. Thank you very much for making such an effort with customers. The shuttle bus was sent to the old building. When I arrived at the front desk, I said that the order was not in the old building. Let me go to the new building. The new room has some new decoration taste. The children still don't consider it. The environmental facilities are very good. The earliest delivery of the early flight is 4:30.

Stayed two nights. Warm welcome. Check in good. Room clean. Bed bit soft but fine. Safe, hairdryer, shower, AC, TV, etc, everything in order. Phone chargers in room. Not much of an outlook facing into courtyard but not important to us. Happy with choice. Location fine. Just under ten mins walk from railway station. Nothing too far in Geneva. Didn't do breakfast. Would stay again. For info - Everything is expensive in Switzerland so appreciate the free transport card for buses and trams.
