Lovely hotel with amazing service. Helped microwave our food and gave us info on what to do in Geneva and how to access the city. Cleaned and very good location. 4 mins walk to the tram which you can connect the rest of the city from. And the views of my hotel room. Oh my God. Really lovely place. The WiFi was good but could do better.

To reach to the airport you just need to cross a bridge. Also with free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes. Early check in is possible. Bed is comfortable and so pillows are. But the room is a bit too small to fit in my big suitcase.

Great stay. Located in a quiet, safe residential area, with bus no. 8 (which takes you to a lot of the tourist attractions) stopping right in front of the hotel. Staff were helpful, responsive, friendly. They have snacks in the lobby which is helpful. Rooms are spacious but very basic in terms of decoration. I felt very, very safe here. Highly recommend. Improvements: Just remember to lock your door, as a solo traveler - I had the cleaners open the door a few times when they were ready to clean (they didn’t mean any harm, they thought the room was empty, but they should please knock! :) There are only two plugs in the room, far from the bed. You can’t charge your phone and lie in bed. A little more decor in the rooms couldn’t hurt as well. The rooms are plain. No mini fridges - keep that in mind. No mini toiletries, but they have larger soap dispensers you can use. Breakfast was basically the same everyday, though there was a lovely selection. (Cut fruit would also be nice) All in all, loved it!

This is a lower budget airport hotel option but they pleasantly surprised me with good things. Having stayed at 10 previous hotels on this trip, this was hands down the most comfortable linen and bed. Really comfortable. Convenient to the airport naturally but be aware if your flight leaves outside their shuttle times, you have to find your own way. I was able to walk but if it rains, or is dark and you have luggage, you would struggle. The breakfast was exceptional for someone with diet restrictions. There is good signage, the staff were well informed to help me with non-dairy milk. I was super impressed (photo attached). I stayed in a city hotel later in the month in Geneva and I was yearning to come back to this hotel, so that says something. Well done Ibis. This will make me consider Ibis all around the world now.

For Switzerland, this is good value! We asked in advance about travelling from the airport to the hotel and received clear friendly advice by return. The shuttle goes ever 20 minutes to a meticulous timetable. Do not try to walk with luggage or at night - it is complicated and unpleasant! Asked to check in on line but this seemed to make no difference to the actual process as gave same information on arrival. Room was small but in view of the price it was fine for one night. Bathroom is a standard pod for one at a time but all works. Good WiFi. Our room overlooked the motorway so you either had to open the window and hope to sleep or put on the AC. Breakfast, included in special room rate, was really good. The layout was initially confusing but everything was there from fruit to cheese even pancakes.

The location is very good, the room can see Lake Geneva and the Jet d'Eau Fountain, but parking is inconvenient, there is no parking lot, you have to park in a public parking lot far away, or in a parking space in the courtyard, you can park for up to 2 hours at a time, and pay a parking fee every 2 hours, about two to three hundred RMB a day. And the house price is several times that of the Ritz-Carlton in Berlin~

really loved my stay here, for sure it will be my go-to hotel before/after Geneve flights. the reception is perfectly capable , professional and nice even in the middle of the night. the rooms are functional and have a great airflow (fresh air was circulating without the windows being open) great breakfast, and smiling staff everywhere i looked. maybe adding a small gym could make it even better , but its still easily the best price/quality proposition you get at the airport.

Structure located about seven minutes by taxi from the airport and outside the center however easily reachable with trams 14 and 18 taking both 50 metres from the hotel and with only 15 minutes bring you to the full Bel Air stop center from where you can It is already at the foot of the historic centre and the lake, and the structure is renovated by restructuring, but I think it is very disorganized and certainly needs to be improved in many respects. The rooms are more than comfortable with king size double bed, unfortunately not in Italian but with sack-size peelings. A comfortable bathroom with a large shower where bidet is obviously absent, a large bathroom with a 4-star big shiabat is missing and there are no drinks in the refrigerator except a bottle of water that can be found on the table at the arrival. Unfortunately, they left to wish cleaning and worse the second day they had not even made the room to clean it (in 10 minutes!!!) on ns request around 18.00 and I leave room for imagination on the level of cleaning made. Breakfast is both sweet and saloon-acceptable and with a variety of proposals. We found a boy who was also speaking Italian very propens to give information, friendly and also available in the breakfast room. Check In and Check Out too slow and yet with few people waiting for this due to the presence of one operator, a situation that we also noticed in the tours of the so-called stay. I think it is a good solution for those who want to spend much less than the facilities in the centre, even for the simple and fast connection to the tram this latter how buses can be used entirely free by making themselves the reception tickets worth all the stay Vs.

The hotel is about 20 minutes in total from the city centre via public transport (we preferred the tram). It is a small and medium-sized unit, renovated with beautiful aesthetics and a complete response to our needs for a two-night stay. Our rooms on the fifth floor were tranquil, with proper beds and pillows. Breakfast -chosen as an extra in our booking with CHF 25 per person- was of the right quality without any particularities and served in a beautiful, bright and quiet area at the lobby level. All staff members were polite and willing to help us. Unfortunately, we found that parking on the road on the broader area is impossible outside Sundays unless the time is renewed every ninety minutes. So, we were forced to accept the hotel's closed parking option at a cost of CHF 30 per day.

Having the bathroom (toilet and sink) and the bathing area (shower, sink etc) separated is a dream for families because multiple members can do their business without waiting for the ONE SINGLE bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the sofabed split into 2 fairly comfortable beds with thick futon like mattress made for good sibling sleep. It's a tight room, and reminds me of cruise ship designs with everything sort of in their place. Breakfast was surprisingly very very good. The baked goods were super fresh For an airport hotel, there is NO SHUTTLE compared to practically all others who advertise as airport hotels. Cabs were hard to get because none of them wanted to wait in line for clients who took such a short fare. We were rejected by 4 cabs, called the hotel, and was told to take the #10 bus. Not ideal at 9pm. It's not like you can walk.
