What a fabulous city, gorgeous hotel central to the main sights so clean no rubbish no dog dirt , great food service and friendly locals Geneva has a wonderful tourist travel card all trams buses and the train that goes directly to the airport are included you need to be aware that there is a tourist tax to pay around 9 Swiss francs per person, well worth it

Jade Manotel Hotel: Geneva, Switzerland I stayed in the Executive Family Suite for two nights on 06Oct 2023 - 08 Oct 2023. We booked two rooms. I would give the hotel 10/10. Customer service was excellent. Very helpful to advise us on where to go and what to do. Love it and would visit again. Before arrival I got an email from Geneva Tourism with my transport card. I was able to book 8 cards as we were 8 people. It was very easy, We were greeted by a really friendly host. We arrived late night and the host made to ask if the children ate, he recommended places to go. He checked us in very easily and we went to our rooms. The rooms were clean and to a high standard. Breakfast was fantastic, coffee was great, great selection. Nice cheese selection too. The garden was a lovely place of tranquility in the middle of the city. The ambience of the hotel was very calm and tranquil. The location was central and easy to access everything. Top of the street you get the tram direct to the UN. The opposite side you get the tram to the Geneva train station. Walk down and 5 mins and you’re at the Lake Leman. My children were being a little bit noisy so the neighbours complained about them but the hotel staff were very kind in the way they asked us to keep the noise down. Wonderful hotel. Recommend it to anyone and only place I will choose to stay at if I visit Geneva again. Thank you Jade Manotel.

It was great expirience to stay in NH Geneva City hotel. Everything was perfect and the room was very nice .I will definitely recommend this for stay .It was so close as well to the most popular places in Geneva just a few bus stops and a short walk .

It is a 20-minute drive from the city center railway station and a one-minute walk from the tram stop to the hotel. It is very convenient. The rooms are small but clean and air-conditioned!! There is a supermarket nearby but closes early and there are a few restaurants. Breakfast is average, plus These general categories will be better. The overall environment is comfortable and convenient (although it is still a bit more expensive)

Good little hotel Usual bugbear I still expect linen to be changed daily, bugger the planet. If you do not discount, change the sheets. I do not use the same sheets 3 days running at home. Greenwash

Our flight was cancelled at midnight and we were told to find our own hotel which we managed to do on-line. Because we did so after midnight we had actually booked for the next night! On arrival the very helpful staff sorted this and found us a room for the night. And they didn’t rip us off but charged the normal rate. Fantastic!! I will always try to stay in an Ibis when on the continent in future. On top of this the hotel was quiet and clean and a lovely breakfast.

The hotel is across the airport and has an excellent shuttle service that run every 10 min (5am to midnight) or 20min (midnight to 5am). The hotel staff are on the ball. I had asked for a wake-up call. Unfortunately in the night I had hit the ”Do not disturb” button on the phone. In the morning, since I was not answering, they came to my door and knock on my door. Thanks. For the rest, everything was perfect. Good bed, clean room, TV with a good choice of channel.

The following is my view and observation of the Nash Suites Geneva where we recently stayed Positives Hotel Location - Great (5 mins from the airport and a regular shuttle) Hotel Staff - Very polite, courteous and helpful. Terry at breakfast was a legend Hotel Cleanliness - Excellent cannot fault. Room was tidied and replenished each day Hotel Shuttle - always on time and all drivers were great. Thank you All rooms have a window shutter, being so close to the airport means this stops the extra light and noise and you get a great nights sleep Negatives - I only have two pieces of advice for the hotel Breakfast - the only thing that stopped me giving them a 10/10. Nothing was labelled (my daughter is vegetarian) There was limited choice And what was on display was cold (even though food was kept in a closed heat tray, i don't think they were on or working as any item taken from it was cold. Breakfast is the most important part of the day as it sets you up the for the long day ahead. But after paying 20 Swiss Francs we were most disappointed. The hotel serves it from 05.30 am to 10.30 am but the lack of choice and cold food was a real let down hence my score of 8/10 as opposed to 10/10 If a would be customer emails you with questions please respond as soon as possible and fully answer all questions. Travellers Notes Airport Shuttle is located literally just outside Arrivals. Walk out the main airport doors and its 100 meters ahead just slightly to your right or left. The Airport does sign post it well If you want to make your way from the Hotel to the town catch the No. 10 Bus which is about 250 meters from the Hotel. on the right hand side outside the Crown Plaza Hotel - Stop De Longville. The hotel should provide you with a QR code which gives you free travel throughout the city on public vehicles Limited choice for food in the area. We had to make do with a small cafe 500 yards from the hotel or a petrol station next to it that had basic supplies or went to and back to the Airport for food (using free hotel shuttle) However, i would still strongly recommend this hotel

This hotel takes distance with normal french brands. It looks like more European hotels with all services that they announced. The room is adequate for a comfortable host. The amenities and towers were enough for each guest. The breakfast was plenty and quality. The staff was friendly and professional.

Lovely new YOTEL hotel. This was my first time in Geneva but I frequently stay at the YOTEL in NYC. This hotel is much smaller that their NYC hotel but WOW WOW WOW. Gorgeous rooms, lovely staff, friendly service and superb views of the mountains and lake. Their restaurant is also beautiful and the food is great! The rate represented great value and we loved our stay. We hope to be back in the future.
