The second time I stayed at this hotel, I was still very satisfied. It was very convenient to catch the early flight from the airport. All facilities were available. The room was cleaned and a bottle of pure water was sent!

The hotel facilities are good, the rooms and beds are good. When you stay at the hotel, the host will ask you for the flight, so that you can use the private van to take you to the Southern Charleroi Airport the next day. The only downside is that the location of the hotel is a bit biased. There is no direct car when you check in. You must first arrive at the Southern Charleroi Airport by car and then walk 5.5 km (navigate yourself) to get to the hotel.

The hotel is very good and very good quality when it comes to a novel. The very modern room, the litter is perfect, a beautiful and modern bathroom, only a small bemol, the rest of the old occupants soap. Very large television with a lot of French-speaking chain. Heating nothing to signal, a little too noisy yet.

Extremely compact room but beds were OK. Very nice walk in shower. Buffet breakfast was vey good, available from 6am. Tea and coffee was available in restaurant from 4:30a am. Entrance to car park was poorly lit making coach parking very difficult.

There are rooms under renovation, the aisle tastes bigger

Stayed in this hotel with my husband as part of a Leger Tour for 4 nights. Do not be fooled by the lovely pictures you see of this Chateau. Had to take our own bags to our room which involved dragging them up some steps (no lift to first floor) and then down a long corridor. The room was dark and no view from the tiny window so paid extra to change it for a lake view room which had a restricted view of the lake, slightly bigger than the first room, poorly stocked mini bar, lumpy bed, shaver socket not working - but it was better than the first room. Very limited on lifts in this hotel and lots of steps, only 2 outside areas to sit - one to the side of the restaurant and a center courtyard which was very untidy and uncomfortable. Service is practically non existent especially in the bar we didn't eat in the restaurant as we were told it was fully booked although it looked empty to us, think it was more a lack of staff then fully booked. Breakfast was ok but not 5 Star in fact nothing about this hotel is 5 Star quality except the prices. On the first night we were sitting in the courtyard and spotted a rat scuttling down the drain, we didn't thing much of it bearing in mind the location of this hotel but the next morning on our way down to breakfast we saw 2 more rats running down the corridor which is not what you expect to see in any hotel, although we didn't see anymore rats inside the hotel we did see more in the courtyard during our stay. The staff were pleasant enough but not overly helpful. All in all this is not a relaxing place to stay and would not recommend it and a long way off 5 Star quality.

We have chosen this beautiful place for our marriage unfortunately the politeness and gentleness of some of the local managers are far from the minimum syndical you could hope for this kind of place... the evening of the marriage I hear me say By the owner that there is a seminar and that I therefore have no noise and not to enclosure the passage and that it is a privilege to let me decorate the room that I've hired over €3000 and that I've chosen it well so it is at its conditions ! My guests and my service providers have literally been attacked and threatened to be fucked at the door by madame. The commitments made by the owners have not been respected and even the evening we meet with our naked singer changing out of her room without even having the opportunity to get her scene costumes... Although we are We had a calm discussion the next morning, but I can unfortunately only give a negative opinion on this beautiful place. I can only advise you to find another place for your marriage if you want to avoid this kind of extra stress...
