My husband and I arrived at the hotel around noon, obviously much earlier than check-in. I was hoping to use their exercise room in the meantime or at the very least, be told when we could come back to check in early, especially since we are Gold members. Instead, Alan barely greeted us and offered us no help at all except to tell us to come back at 3. It was startling actually. Alan clearly hates his job and I wish he would work somewhere he likes. We took a breather and went to lunch. We came back an hour later to be greeted by one of the nicest managers. She easily offered us one of the first rooms that had been made ready. This hotel is still very new and we loved everything about our room and the breakfast buffet. This would have been almost a perfect stay if it weren't for the workout room being unbelievably hot and stuffy.

It has been a few years since we stayed at this Fairfield. Unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at in the past year, this Fairfield has maintained an outstanding level of service and maintenance. We checked in overnight and we were promptly greeted and given our room keys as though it were the middle of the day. I forgot that I had special requests on my Marriott profile, since they are usually ignored. When we arrived in our room, literally every request had been diligently fulfilled. The room itself and all common areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The kind woman working breakfast service went out of her way to be helpful and ensure there was always hot coffee. Another team member in the pool area greeted us and told us all about the salt water pool. The pool was fully stocked with towels and also impeccably clean. The pride in service is so clear at this hotel and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are passing through.
