I visited the hotel as I was visiting family in the surrounding area. It’s a nice hotel with good facilities, but, what stands out and makes this hotel top tear is the the staff members. Chantelle, the late duty manager made us feel at ease from the second we entered the building, throughout check in and more. We couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome. Macey from behind the bar was the most caring and kind person! Ensured we were okay, and enjoying out time. Elle ensured we had a smooth first night, made us feel like we were valued and was so lovely!! The three of these ladies make this hotel!!! Such a credit!
