Good location close to Lake Garda. Big hotel. Sober design. Big comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

The place was nice in appearance but lacked personality. The first night we had a buffet meal at 22 Euros per person The food standard was not good the only thing worth eating was the fresh spaghetti I am affraid and the staff wanted us out as soon as they could. The actual pool bar food was much much better and good prices but the staff unfortunately let that down as the girls were inpatient and almost rude. The one night we had entertainment with two singers by the pool were decent but the Saturday night they closed the bars and no entertainment at all at 9pm . When we asked the receptionist her answer was it's not my fault and we asked polite if there was any entertainment. Good points pools are nice and accommodation is nice. Good bus service to Lake Garda free of charge. But in general it is not really a family place lacked personality. In general. Drinks very expensive at $4 for a cola.

Arrived here from Milan with the family via a rental car. **Check-in:** We may have missed the check-in process, thinking we could check in at our hotel directly. However, there is a main reception area in the resort where you need to check in prior to going to your actual hotel. The reception/information desk at your specific hotel is primarily for information purposes. **Room:** The room was clean and served our needs. I wouldn't class the room as fancy, but it was well tended to by the staff, who always greeted us with a friendly smile and a "good morning". The bathroom was clean and practical, though the lime green tiled floor reminded me of a 1980s bathroom back home. There was a free safe in the wardrobe. The hairdryer in the bathroom was terrible; you'd have more wind and heat from someone coughing on your hair to dry it. **Parking:** There is plenty of free parking at the resort. We parked in the underground garage of the Parc Hotel. Another guest asked if I had seen anyone around a nearby hotel car park, as her car window had been smashed and her bag taken. How true this is, I have no idea. Use the more secure garages provided if in any doubt. **Shuttle:** There is a free shuttle that goes from various locations in the resort. It is free of charge and runs hourly throughout the day. It stops at certain times for the driver to have dinner etc. (I assume). It drops you at the nearby town centre of Peschiera. **Pools:** The outdoor pools do not require hats, but the indoor pool does. The pools are clean and very child-friendly. There are quieter adult pools too. We stayed at the child-friendly pool located between the Parc Hotel and the Lagoon pool. The slide and other features are good but appear to only ever be on in the afternoon when a lifeguard is present. **Supermarket:** We used the local supermarkets to stock up on bottled water to save us from using the contents of the paid minibar in our room. **General Info:** We used the QR code at the info points to gain access to discounted tickets to Gardaland Resort. You still have to pay 7 euros to park there on top of your ticket. All-inclusive: We met a family who opted for this option at the Parc Hotel and could only use their wristbands at the Piano bar or when the ad-hoc bar next to the Parc Hotel info point opened in the afternoon. They could NOT avail themselves of the all-inclusive package at any other bar, as they were informed these were sublet to different companies. Something to consider.

My family of ten visited this hotel between 1st and 8th June 2024. The place is beautiful and just like a resort, with lots of pools for everyone’s tastes. The rooms were excellent and the free shuttle bus to the centre of Peschiera was brilliant. The town is amazing with lots of places to eat and see. Will definitely be back to the hotel again but maybe hire a car as spent quite a bit on taxis to get to Sirmione and other places. Thank you for a great time.

Spacious room, rich breakfast, friendly services and convenient to the area of Lago di Garda, all these let us stay comfortable and joyful.

My husband and I had stayed in the Parc Hotel for our first time in Lago di Garda for 5 years ago having a great time here . This time we returned back this area and took 3 nights accommodation in this Hotel still with very joyful memories ❤️

Good,interesting, adventures,loving and caring people,tremendous and will like to visit once again ,there is nothing to write than to say the place is just like a tourist center and some of my friends that have visited the place talk good about the hotel and next time I'm coming will like to experience the apartment side

I was a bit nervous to visit Parc Hotel as there wasn't many reviews. However, as soon as we arrived, my worries disappeared. Set at the base of Lake Garda, approx 2.5km from the main town of Pescheira del Garda is Parc Hotel and its vast facilities. We didnt venture over to the Golf part of the complex, no need as there was enough at the hotel area. Three (clean) ample sized pools, one called Laguna beach where most of the entertainment was held, one around the corner for families with smaller children and one quieter pool. At both pool areas there was a place to eat with a great selection of food from nuggets and chips to pizza, pasta and poke bowls. An even better if for these places would be to offer more gluten free selection for my celiac husband, but the staff made some adjustments to our orders to help us with this. My family stayed in the main hotel, made up of a huge double (more like queen) size bed and then my teenagers stayed on the bunk beds. Our view was of the golf course and the theatre where a couple of shows were held. Having a bed and breakfast rate, we ate breakfast in the buffet style restaurant. Some reviews suggested the orange juice was watered down, that only seemed to be the case on one of the machines. There was lots of food to choose from for breakfast, continental, cooked, cereals and fruit. We also ate here a couple of times for dinner which cost €20 per person, good value for the hungry teenager. The staff were super friendly and the entertainment was great. Something for all the family, the team catered for toddlers to adults and we even caught a performance of the Greatest Showman (applause). The team entertained you in the day without being over-powering, special shout outs to Cosimo and Alessio with their special dance moves. Even the dogs were dancing 😂 If i was to ask for something more, i would suggest some water in reception. Only a small thing, but we had walked from the train station as there doesnt seem to be many taxis in Pescheira (this was when we arrived) so some water would have been appreciated. Oh and i must mention on that note, the shuttle to Pescheira, really handy for getting to and from the town if you havent travelled by car. Overall a great hotel that I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This is actually our 3rd time celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. Everything here is perfect: Room size, cleanliness , bathroom is always clean, the food is great, outdoor facilities (swimming pools, mini-golf, go-kart, bars and restaurants) are wonderful. We also commend the wonderful staff - Giulia and Sabrina (reception), Alessia and Luigi (pizza and pasta bar) and Raphael (mini-golf and go-kart). Giulia from the reception is very professional, excellent customer service and very warm and friendly. Sabrina also from the reception is wonderful . These staff are very kind, helpful, and really accommodating. We paid for the all inclusive accommodation. I can say that this hotel feels like home. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back here again for our 28th wedding anniversary celebration.
