I took a taxi from a restaurant around the station and took 18000 won at 7 o'clock at night. This price in Korea would have been quite far. There is no around the hotel, but is it okay? The hotel is very close to Jeongdongjin Railway Station. It's about 10 minutes' walk. Close to the beach, there are many sashimi shops nearby, and there is a cu convenience store. You can see the sea on the upper floors, and you can also see the lower floors, but the view is not so wide. The 10th floor is a public observation deck. There are railroad tracks nearby, people who sleep lightly may be noisy. Generally speaking, the room is relatively clean. After all, it is a hotel in Xiaohai Town, which is not bad. There is a Caotang soft tofu shop nearby, 초당순두부, which is not bad and delicious. The first floor of the hotel seems to provide meal packs and coffee. I don't know the specifics, but I didn't use it.
