Great stay, I didn’t have any problem. Staff was really friendly and help me with information about city. As we arrived late we ate in restaurant the food was amazing lovely staff. I would advise the burger, very big enough for one person. Certainly we’ll come back

I had an incredible time at the hotel! The team was so friendly and helpful right from check-in, and my room was spotless, with everything I could possibly need. Being near the city made me so easy. Restaurant very clean food was good helpful and friendly staff

Very good food in the restaurant, attentive staff at reception. The Hotel Lobby is excellent for meetings and the restaurant as well. Will definitely be back when I return to Galway and I recommended the Hotel to my colleagues as well so busy time are coming.

Very clean rooms, extremely good food and all the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I have mobility problems so the staff offered me a room close to reception and restaurant to facilitate my needs. Restaurant manager was very helpful and helped me with breakfast because it’s self service so he brought me the food to the table . Everything was great overall

The hotel is OK. The restuarant is an absolute disaster. When I raised this with staff I was told "sorry they are training". Training? Training in what I wonder. Feeding pigs? Do yourself a favour. Do not eat dinner here. This management team could and should learn a lot from Premier Inn
