衞生及環境均極差，被單被套均有大污漬，還留有女人長頭髮，懷疑沒換被套，下單了，找不到地方。打電話居然是打不通的停止服務，窗户無法關閉，更嚴重的是熱水壺裡還有蟑螂，臨時出門沒有訂到合適的房，沒想到遇到這樣的房間，老闆到是虛心接受，但你得行動呀，沒拍照片説的都是實話

設施：齊全完備，該有的都有 衞生：乾淨整潔，值得推薦和住宿 環境：房間很大，外面也沒有沒有雜聲，周圍也不吵鬧 服務：服務態度很好，有問題可以及時解決

房間是不小，可是廁所非常臟亂差，所有的洗漱用品都是散亂的放的，窗户外的鐵皮被樓上的空調水滴了一晚上，一晚上就睡了2個小時，太差了，太差了。除非實在沒地方住了，千萬不要衝著維也納那三個字住進來，一定要慎入！一定要慎入！

服務態度很好，但是這條件很一般，設施太過老舊。
