We had a great one night stay the the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Fuzhou Riverside. We were only there for a short trip but we enjoyed all the hotel’s amenities and special thanks to the staff who worked at the breakfast buffet who gave us any and all help we needed.

🎸為了看張信哲演唱會來到了有福之州，福州。
在演唱會附近我選了福州融僑水鄉皇冠假日酒店。
但可惜行程匆匆，也沒拍多少照片。
💌 首先，要點名一下前台小黃姐姐，她的笑容真的特別有感染力很可愛，給人一種糯糯的福州小姑娘的感覺，她的服務態度也特別好，言簡意賅，動作迅速，真的特別好。
⛱️酒店的服務非常周到。從我抵達酒店的那一刻開始，工作人員就熱情地迎接我，並提供了有效的幫助。他們始終笑容滿面，總是及時地解決任何問題，確保顧客的舒適。
📌這家酒店的位置非常理想。它附近有很多商店和餐館，出行非常方便。離各景點也很近。
🛏️客房的設施非常好。床鋪舒適柔軟，房間乾淨整潔，有充足的空間。浴室設備也很先進，洗浴用品提供充足。此外，房間內還配置了現代化的電器設備，讓我在房間內休息和娛樂非常便利。
🍚酒店的早餐飲選擇多樣，有各種美味的食物和飲料。

本來就評論了一條，想想算了。看完回覆瞬間感覺被酒店搪塞的態度按到地上摩擦，那我們就來認真理論下。2020年煥新開業？也就是翻新嘛，基礎裝修包含房間硬裝重新裝修了嗎？估計你得説升級改造。採用皇冠標準？真的達標了嗎？荷里活房型？我預訂的時候攜程沒有明確告知是兩張雙人床拼接的特色房，我到達酒店後，前台也沒有告知房型和床的問題。我進入房間後問了前台，告知我沒房了，請問林總經理（或者代筆的同事），如何進行更換？皇冠假日酒店品牌管理部門知道並且同意你們使用這種發黃發硬的毛巾了嗎？
